The customer service at the store is the WORST. If I could give negative stars I would! The first pic is the pizza delivery with the seal broken. I called the restaurant and told them the seal was broken and requested another pizza. They preceded to send another pizza pictured in the second pic. 22 seals in total on the box. And they really think I’m going to eat the pizza. I went to the store the next day to return the pizzas and the person at the register tried not to laugh when I explained what happened. Disgusting service! Will never order from them again. Their corporate office was supposed to contact me and they never did. Terrible customer service.
Pizza arrived in a timely manner, but it was the wrong pizza and they forgot the soda I payed for.I’ve been on hold now for 30 minutes and haven’t spoken to anyone yet.I love papa johns pizza but this was Not a good experience for me at all.There’s this insanely annoying recording that just keeps playing over and over again while your on hold that explains how delicious the pizza is and how great it is to work there, it’s honestly just salt on the wound, the voice on the recording sounds like the guy who voiced Sid from ice age just to give you all an idea of how painful this is.
I don’t know what has happened with this location within the last year, but the customer service has been terrible. There’s almost always something left off the order.. sometimes it’s drinks and sometimes it’s entire pizzas. I’ve had someone else’s order delivered to me which was supposed to go to Corn Crib. I live 20 minutes away on the other side of the county so I don’t know how someone messed up THAT bad. Also, with the way these pizzas are cut, it looks like whoever did it was stoned out of their mind. I’ve got a slice that is a quarter of the pizza and a slice that’s about the size of my key fob. You can’t call the store without having to wait on hold forever and when I’ve finally gotten through to them, the call is disconnected. After paying a delivery fee and a tip, I shouldn’t have to drive up to the store to get my food. I’ve made numerous complaints to corporate, but nothing with this store ever changes.
We ordered in January and it took 2 hours 06 minutes to deliver. They mailed a coupon for a free cheese pizza (not the equivalent to what we ordered) and had to use it in 2 weeks. Still jilted with the time and low quality of the pizza, so it expired. We ordered last night and waited 1:35. To wait this amount of time for a cold, bland, pizza isn't logical. Therefore, from here on out, we will be logical and make better choices and unfortunately, those choices do not include this Papa Johns location.
I ordered a online special, large with 3 toppings. I ordered sausage, mushrooms and onions. I went to pick up my pizza, got home and they had given me a plain cheese pizza. I called the store and asked for the manager. His explanation was somehow my order got mixed up on the online site. He said he would make it right. He would make me another pizza, and I could come pick it up. I asked why he couldn’t deliver it to me and he said he’d have to charge me a delivery fee! I’m done with Papa John’s!
Pizza showed up cold and sauce was moldy
Not only was the pizza delivered to my neighbor and not me it was cold, missing our 2 liter, our extra garlic dips, and our extra peppers. I have been placed on hold a dozen times in a row for 30 minutes now without speaking to anyone just in an attempt to get what i paid for. Talk about getting everything possible wrong.This is not the first time and i have been more than patient this is the 5th time. Its guaranteed that half the time you order from here the pizza will be terrible your order will be wrong or both. Or hell they might even deliver it to the wrong person then refuse to answer the phone.Pizza hut will replace them as "pizza" in my phone book.Edit: i finally reached someone after 40 minutes who gave me attitude despite me being perfectly polite.She told me they would redeliver it in... 40 minutes to an hour. It has now been 2 hours. Papa johns has officially stolen my money.NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
The wings were tasty but the pizza taste like rubber (the dough).
How do they stay in service? Pizza is always hours - multiple hours - late and you cannot get in contact with anyone at the store at all. This has happened 3 times now for us. Will never order Papa John's at Glenda Trace again. Domino's or Pizza Hut will be our permanent go-to. Papa John's - get with the program!
Uhhhh… take too long to deliver your food I order my food it took them an 1hr 30 minutes almost 2 hours!! to deliver ??
