"Manager" is a child with no customer service skills. Ordered through the app, food took an hour and a half to be delivered. One of the two pizzas was incorrect. Called and spoke to manager, who offered a credit, I asked if the correct pizza could be delivered instead. She put me on hold and didn't come back for 10 minutes. I called back and was hung up on, twice. I didn't even get the chance to be rude, this was all an unprovoked response. Had to drive to the store to get it corrected. I asked for the manager, who was pointed out as the girl standing next to the register (within 3 feet of me). She left the building without speaking to me 2 minutes later.
I ordered delivery at 9pm on Thursday and they don't close until 10pm. I never got my order but the money was taken out of my account for the delivery. Noone answers the phone or calls customers to tell them that they won't be getting their order. This is an awful location and I will not be ordering again. They don't deserve to be paid hourly.
Nice people working there. They are short staffed like everywhere else but they were working really hard. Don't eat pizza very much but I like this pizza over other chain restaurants
Got into town,ordered a pizza and theyre jalepeno poppers from here and wasnt disappointed,was actually Scared of it in a good way,:) lol,Pizza was FULLY LOADED,Probably weighed 5-10lbs lol, and tasted Amazing :) Poppers packed a punch with great flavor,Thank you to the deliver man for getting here safely and Thank you to the Employees who worked tonite and made this Beast:)Well be recommending yal to Everyone.
It's a delicious pizza,we order online and then pick up,we need to wait almost 15 minutos to go an thats it.

It has been 2hrs since my order…. According to the tracker. It’s still being prepared 2hrs after placing order. 2nd time having this issue. Last time I order.

This place is so horrible, I called the place and they placed me on hold for 30min and every time I call they put me to the advertisement... I'll never try to come here again and I will let Newnan know about them...
