I went into the Newnan location a few days ago. My waitress was Patricia! She was absolutely amazing! She catered to my family, and my little ones even tho they were a handful at the time. She was professional yet very outgoing and friendly! We enjoyed our experience so much! Our food, especially the chicken strips (my favorite) were all cooked perfect and tasted amazing! We look forward to our next visit!
After spending 3 years overseas we were excited to come back and visit an old favorite restaurant! Somehow with a mostly empty restaurant we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. During that time I used the restroom. It was out of toilet paper and smelled like a sewer system. The waitress was very nice and the only up point of the place. We ordered the soup and salad lunch special. The food took forever like 30 minutes and the soup arrived burnt and the salad came with the wrong dressing. I would not recommend visiting although our waitress was wonderful.
We were very disappointed in our evening at O'Charley's! Unpin being seated and asked what we would like to drink, we ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry martini & a margarita. I asked that our drinks be brought with our food, and not immediately . Our waitress told me she could put the order in, but that the bartenders would probably forget that we wanted our drinks held until our dinner was ready because he had been very busy. I then told her to go ahead & bring them!We ordered our food. My Mom (90 years old) and I split the seafood platter. It took 30 min. for us to get our food. When she finally brought it, she placed the extra plate in front of my Mom & said here's your extra plate. She walked away not noticing that the plate was dripping wet! I just got up & got a paper towel & dried it off myself. The food was below par.the TINY stuffed crab was the best thing on the plate , and the fried catfish was hard ( over cooked) I doubt seriously I will eat at this restaurant any more.
Jasmine B was a great server and made our lunch experience great. She was efficient and kind. I noticed she stayed busy doing what she could to help her guests and took care of other side jobs in between. Very pleased with our service.
Jasmine is the best. :) Super attentive, able to multi task with multiple tables and the bar, and super kind. Superior customer service and a wonderful spirit. Food was pretty good too :)
My husband and I dinned here on 3/22/22 and had the most pleasant experience and service from Miss STEPHANI P. She didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied, not only with our meal (which was delicious!!) but with pleasant and welcoming conversation. We give her a A+ !!!??
The food was amazing the chicken tenders and the shrimp was cooked perfectly the loaded Mac n cheese was fresh and delicious and the deserts were exquisite the peach an blackberry coolers were out this world and the key lime pie was so good you could taste the lime it's not to overpowering. Highly recommend.
First date in a while. Had a new waiter and he was very nervous. He did a very nice job and was on his toes to make sure we were taken care of. Food was great as always. My girlfriend and I Love this place.
I was really excited about coming here as this was my first time. When we got to the door there was a small line. Ok I can deal with that until I looked around and half the restaurant was empty? So after about 5 minutes we got a table at the very back! Waitress was nice, took our drink orders, took 20 minutes to get those. Before our drinks came we put our order in, 45 minutes later we got our cold food, small portions and ask for the part that didn't come. After 2 bites the 4 of asked for to go boxes and got the heck out there. Unless you want to wait, like cold food and bad service I don't recommend this place!
We're visiting the Newnan location during my chemo week. Chemo really messes with my taste buds and I usually don't eat during those weeks, but I was craving a fried chicken salad and rolls from O'Charley's and they did not disappoint! Thank God my taste buds didn't let me down either. My salad and rolls hit the spot. It was delicious!! Kas our waitress was wonderful as well. She was so super sweet and provided us with great service. She was so attentive and made me 2 outstanding Margaritas to boot. We were told Ken was our cook. He did an amazing job on my Hubby's steak. My husband said it was as good or better than any high end steakhouse that he's been too. Very tender, juicy, most perfect medium rare he has ever had. I'm sure this won't be our last trip here, since I'm down here every 2 weeks for chemo. Thank you O'Charley's in Newnan for such a wonderful meal!
