I don’t like the food at all, it’s so expensive even they charge us a lot, even the waitress didn’t check on us and plus they charge us a tips. I ask why they charge me a lot and he start screaming on me………. I’m never going back again!!!!
Stopped in for a quick lunch and I couldn't even eat my plate. It was disgusting!! My husband felt the same way. Refused to get us napkins and we just wanted to leave. Waste of money. Don't go here!!
This is not a bad restaurant, but the employees seemed stingy with the food (especially the Sushi). They have a sign stating if you're caught wasting an excessive amount of food, then you'll be "upcharged". This is a 'Buffet".
Food was okay. Service was awful. Felt rushed out. Was charged $5 for a child meal even though is 2 years old and she ate 3 bites off our plates and had one donut. They over charged and half of the food they offered wasn't available.
$15+ for a nothing special lunch buffet in a Kroger parking lot. Pans not kept full at 1230 with about a dozen customers on a Thursday. Forget that.
So I come here pretty mostly every Sunday and I usually tip but the past couple of times I have been I haven’t because the young lady that sits us had yelled at my son and said he neeed to eat all of his food. I didn’t say any thing to her that time but me and husband wanted to give them another try and when we received our receipt they actually charged a 7.30 tip which I have no problem giving them a tip for I have been a waitress myself. But you don’t give your self a tip that’s ridiculous. So I asked them what the tip was for and the cook started yelling at me. Any way I won’t be coming back this was Poor serivce and could have been handle a total very different way. She even had the nerve to say my Mexican husband never tips which was very uncalled for. Never never again rude disrespectful
BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. We stopped by this place thinking it would live up to its name. We were definitely wrong! The NO 1 actually stands forNO 1 gets sushi, NO 1 gets service, NO 1 gets what they paid for. We waited for sushi and even asked, they kept coming up with excuses and never brought any out. We had to stand up to ask for refills twice. We even had to go and grab our own napkins! Not once did they even stop by, not even to pick up a single plate. The staff was rude and blamed it of staffing shortage. Saddly the guy up front was too busy just looking out the window and watching their 1 server serve the whole place rather than actually helping, smh! They are garbage. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your money. If I could get a negative star, I would.
Everything was SO GOOD! The buffet was kept well stocked. There was a really good variety. Bless her heart, there was only one server working the room, and it was a busy Sunday lunch crowd. But she was moving and quick to notice people who needed something.
We never eat here because of their hours. They close at 8pm since Covid. The kitchen itself closes at 7pm so therefore no fresh food will be brought out after 7pm. That’s ridiculous! We don’t eat dinner at 4pm. Change your hours and expect more business.
