We live in the year 2022.... How have we not developed some kind of system to ensure people are served hot and fresh fries? These taste like fries my roommate left out for a couple of hours after half drunkenly throwing said fries on a pan and into than oven. No seasoning. ?Atleast the restaurant was clean
Everybody’s rule except for the girl with grey hair. I was waiting on a refund for over 20 minutes. But the manager never came. The girl with the money gray hair was very respectful and helpful.
Curbside is hit or miss on wait time. Sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 20. This past time I came by, I waited 15 minutes on curbside. I eventually went inside to a manager telling me that my order never popped up. She proceeded to get defensive after I showed her the order confirmation. My sandwich was already made but it was cold.
This McDonald's has never disappointed me. The ice cream machine actually works every single time we come. The service is great everyone is always friendly and nice. I drive all the way from Peachtree city for this Mcdonald's. Thanks guys!
Went to McDonald's at Thomas Crossroads for breakfast. We went through the drive through. They messed up our order so I walk inside for them to fix it. I stepped off the mat and busted my butt. I didn't even have time to catch myself. Instead of them asking me if I was okay, they laughed told me I needed to slow down, and they had the wet floor signs out. I said you know I stepped off the mat and fell. Well the signs are out is all they would say. The floor was greasy, and no way I could have avoided falling. If it had been a older person, they would have seriously gotten hurt. If they had not messed up my order I wouldn't had to go inside on the first place. My knees all red and hurts, but who cares.
The worst McDonald's ever! I've given it to many opportunities. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They put no quality into the food they give people. The food is put together sloppy or it's drenched in salt as if they used a whole bottle or mortins, or it's cold or the food looks like it fell on the floor. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. I've complained and management has never cared enough to fix my issues. They need new managers and staff that care about their jobs.
Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Constantly get orders wrong, and food is typically cold. I don't understand why they can't remember to put cheese on a sausage and cheese biscuit, but it seems to be their kryptonite
Stopped in for the 2/$4 breakfast deal. A slight misunderstanding between the order taker and myself. I was told there were McGriddles that were a part of that. At the pay window the young girl was confused and told me $9.52. I said no, I want the two for four. She called the manager on duty that took my order.The manager lady came to the window and snapped at me and said you changed your order. I said no, there's a misunderstanding with it. She proceeded to be rude and actually raised her voice towards me. I pulled to the next window after apologizing to the young lady taking money, and the manager lady opened the window started handing me my order. I said to her then, ma'am for a manager person you sure were rude to me. She actually told me rudely and loudly, "I'm from New York you don't know loud." I told her I'm very easy to get along with, and I'm very disappointed with her ACTIONS as a manager. She also told me she didn't have time for this, there was a line behind me. Well I told her I could care less if she's from New York, and I could care less if there's people behind me, I am the customer now. Frustrated!! Thomas crossroads McDonald you can do better than that. I've been a Customer ever since y'all have been in that location, and I'm very disappointed with this business to the local consumers.?Many choice near you folks to visit!!?
The staff did not inform me that the bun warmer was broken. Luckily I didn’t get far before taking a bite into my cold burger. I went back through and the girl said “yes our bun warmer is broken”. Maybe tell me that ahead of time before I pay for something I didn’t order. Every time I go here it’s just a mind blowing experience that humans with this poor of social skills or common sense actually exist. A bunch of 5th graders could run this location better than the neanderthals they have now. It’s fast food, not rocket science.
We were asked to park to wait for our food. We were parked for 25 minutes waiting while so many others were served. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary (2 cheeseburger meal, double quarter pounder with cheese meal, 2 large and 1 medium fry) 4 and 6 piece nuggets, one was a kids meal). Also they said we couldn't get a large Dr pepper because they only had a Medium. Huh? When they brought our food after 25 minutes I asked the girl to wait while I checked my food because from the time before they failed to give us 2 pies. On the last order I ordered 4 items and they didn't give us 2 of them. Back to current order it was WRONG! They forgot 1 cheeseburger and 2 of our fries. I will never return to this location again even if they are the only place open within a 30 mile radius!
