I sat there for the entirety of my lunch break waiting on food that I paid for at the kiosk. After 30 mins of waiting and not so much as an update as to where my food was I went to the register and asked for a manager. When he came up front I asked him to refund my order. He did so immediately without even saying a word to me. When he refunded my order that was exactly$11 I got $10.97 back in change. I guess I'm supposed to charge that to the game. I was among about 10 other people who waited over 30 minutes without getting food. I returned to work in the outside heat without any food. I'm normally the guy that's happy to write good reviews. Sadly I cannot this time.

Restaurant had a bad smell as soon as you walk in. Every single table was dirty with food stains and old napkins left behind. Trash overflowing and filthy restrooms!!! I stood in line for 15 min in dining area where there was only 2 people other than myself just to order a coke! The manager was sitting in dining area eating and I asked did she have anyone working the front area and she told me yes the young lady was working both the drive thru and front counter and she was busy. With such a terrible tone she proceeded to tell me that if I was in such a hurry I could use the kiosk for faster assistance. My husband ordered fries which looked and tasted like they had been sitting in grease and salt……I will never go there ever again and wouldn’t recommend this specific McDonald’s to anyone!!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve visited in my life!!!!

Employees where in the back arguing. Could be heard in the dining area. Waited several minutes for a employee to take our order. Then waited almost 10 minutes for our food to be ready. Multiple customers were complaining about how long it took to take food orders and receive there food. Even customers using the kiosk to order still had a 10 minute wait for there food. It located next to a truck stop. Need to speed up the service at this location.

The last two sodas I’ve bought came like this. This is basically a medium. The most recent, I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. This place is always way understaffed with long lines. Do better

We arrived at about 945 am today (4/19/2022) to pick-up a little breakfast and head back to Alabama. We got into one of the drive through lanes. The lane wasn't moving and we sat there 10- 15 minutes. My wife wasn't feeling well and wanted me to leave. However, at that point the car in front drove off. I got to the speaker but the communications was inoperable. I drove to the first window and looked inside. I then drove to the next window and saw a young female appearing to be hiding out of view. I blew my horn and she came to the window. She explained their system was down and she couldn't take my order. I asked if she could take it at the window. She said no, I would need to drive back around through the drive through!! My wife said she wanted to leave. Instead I parked and went inside to get my coffee. There were three or four people inside already. They were trying to get their food. One of the employees said "what are these people doing in the lobby". How did they get in here. I commentted we are here to get food, you are in the food business. Another customer, essentially said the same thing and was told she shouldn't be complaining. Fortunately, a lady behind the counter in the prep area said I'll take care of you. It appeared that the drive through window as serving food at that point. All the customers inside got served and all the doors were locked. I stood there at the counter waiting to get served another few minutes. I then shouted out that I would like the store number and the area manager's name and number. At that the lady in prep area said I'll take care if you. Note there were three other employees--one he kept coming near the front and looking at me and swiftly retreating to the rear of the store. Finally, the lady came out of prep area. She began talking about what was wrong. I told her all I wanted was a coffee not to hear their problems. Her response: "Well, if you're going to be smart then I won't serve you" So much for Micky D's customer friendly service.....

Awful service, absolutely the worst experiences I can remember. Manager cursed me and threatened me because they couldn't get my order right! Coffee with cream and sugar. Second day in a row they refuse to add creamer and sugar, the reason given was due to covid restrictions. When I asked for refund, manager stated " I'm not the one to play with"!? Service is a forgotten art since covid!

I just stopped here to use the restroom and grab something to eat on my drive from a recent trip. I was DISGUSTED by the state of the bathrooms. They were completely trashed. 2/3 of the stalls were clogged and looked like they had been for a disgusting amount of time. The one that was working was out of toilet paper completely and the paper towel dispenser was completely out and the trash can over flowing. Neither soap dispenser worked and the floors were covered in paper towels and soaked. I’ve never seen anything like it, it was completely disgusting in there. Someone please work on this now!

Horrible customer service. The managers will flat out lie to you. I made a mobile order for some food and 3 caramel frappes. When I went to pick it up, I was told the frappe machine was down. I asked for a refund for the frappes and was told I had to contact the app for a refund. Ok no problem, contacted the app and they said it was the store's responsibility to refund it. I sent emails and tried calling the store phone number but never got any answer. I had to contact McDonald's corporate multiple times before I finally got in touch with the store manager who again told me I had to contact the app or my bank??? (even after multiple McDonald's corporate people told me it was the store's responsibility). Finally after arguing, the store manager agreed to a refund if I brought the receipt back up there and hung up on me. When I got there, no apology. I finally got two of my frappes refunded (the third was free from the reward program so I was told there would not be a refund for that one).

Horrible customer service. The manager is incredibly rude.

This place is so slow. I went through the drive thru and didn't receive all my food ( 2 cheese burgers) and stood at the front counter for an hour just to get someone attention. The front counter person was rude and keep going to the back and staying so she didn't have to see what you wanted. Several customers were yelling to the back can I get my cup and then she would bring one cup and then the lids were out. She restocked them after the 5th person kept asking for a lid. Poor customer service. I had to eventually catch a grill person coming to the front to get my cheeseburgers. I saw one manager in drive thru and one in the grill area and both of them were acting like they couldn't here what was going on. It was ridiculous. Never again will I eat here.
