Please stop giving us HALF-COOKED FRIES!! Went to Newnan Mcdonald’s tonight and got an almost RAW FRIES. Srsly??
It’s me again McDonald’s. Simple order again and this location fails every single time at getting it right. Ordered curbside, one 40 piece nugget which comes with six sauces. They bring 30 nuggets to the car with no sauces. DO BETTER! Can anyone here count? This location makes eating at McDonald’s a miserable experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. GREAT JOB AT BEING THE BEST AT MESSING UP ??
I waited 58 minutes for 2 double quarters. I ordered through the drive thru was told to pull up to the door and sat. Before I knew it 30 minutes had passed. Pulled into a parking spot and walked in, handed the girl my receipt (which I never got back) and I was thinking it was solved. A while later she walked outside to deliver someone elses order and I grab her attention. She seems annoyed and immeditely brings me two burgers but no fries. She eventually got the fries but then I find out they made my order wrong. What a complete joke.
The worst experience ever!!!First, we waited at the #2 drive-thru while the waited on 3 cars in the #1 lane, so we decided to go inside.When we got our food, the bun and cheese were rock hard and the sprite had no syrup.When we went up to the manager to complain, he said he wouldn't give us our money back or a replacement meal, and just walked away.TERRIBLE, NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Emilie could be the least friendly person to be on a register ever. Took my order, but not my friends and rolled her eyes when I asked for some napkins...? Every order was wrong, as was 3 other customers. The customers were saying they were in the twilight zone because everyone there was in slow motion. Cigarettes on the floor in front of the cash register and every soap and sanitizer was out of product. Took 25 minutes to get waters and ice creams. Not sure what is going on at this location but I'm surprised they are in business at all. One of the customers in front of me muttered about how unprofessional they are as he was leaving. What terrible service for everyone there today around 3pm
i have had every possible negative experience here. rude staff, insanely long wait times (even when adequately staffed there are always people standing around doing nothing), i distinctly remember an experience where i was served seemingly rancid cheese so i just threw my burger out the window. i have been served cold food, hard food, and the wrong food more times than i can count when i was poor and had to eat here all the time. this place is held together with spit and duct tape and they need to raze it to the ground or something and start over from scratch. with something else. just build a strip club or a liquor store or something here, it would make the city more money and would be less of a blight than this dreadful “establishment.”
This is by far the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited in my entire 51 years. Management is terrible. They stand outside and smoke cigarettes only to then toss the cigarettes in the parking lot. The service is slow. Orders are never correct. It is rundown. I’ve seen roaches in the kitchen. They treat customers as if they’re a nuisance. I’ve seen homeless urinating near the dumpsters. Can’t someone do something? The employees are all kids who don’t care about anything. God forbid you look behind the equipment in the kitchen! I’ve seen it. OMG! It’s disgusting! Grease build up, dead bugs, spoiled milk or ice cream. DO NOT EAT HERE!
The young lady that works in the driveway taking the money is so sweet and so thoughtful and is so kindhearted. And always has a smile on her face. She is so beautiful and she doesn't even know it. She always puts me in a good mood when I see her and get to say hey. Jesus made her so beautiful and when she smiles she light up the night.
I came by McDonald's today on bullsboro and this man was at the window, and very rude! I remember him from the McDonald's on 29 and he was rude then. I Honestly can say I don't feel comfortable when he's there.
This is the only McDonald's I don't mind going to in Newnan. Never have had any problems with this one. Some of the staff are nice.
