I usually order pizza from Marcos and haven’t really had a bad experience with the food. As with most pizza places in Newnan, most reviews are low; there are usually young people working and playing around the food; and the food can be hit or miss. While I like Marcos pizza, I wish they would wear gloves at the Newnan location and change their gloves out often, especially if touching something other than food. Every time I pick my pizza I maybe see 1 person with gloves if that. No one else wears gloves. Does the owner not require gloves to be worn when dealing with food? I thought gloves and hairnets for long hair were basic food safety requirements when handling food. Masks would be nice too but that’s probably asking too much.

Hit or miss and more miss than hit lately. I order online and clearly specify EXTRA SAUCE. The last two times I picked up my order -- there was EXTRA CHEESE and very little sauce. Not only did I not get what I wanted (extra sauce), I got what i hate (extra cheese). I don't understand what's so difficult about getting my order right. The previous time, the manager was kind enough to give me a credit when I told her my pizza was not prepared correctly. I went to use the credit today and was told I could not because I used the online coupon. Fine. Well, I should have tested the pizza before I left because once again, they gave me extra cheese and very little sauce. I didn't feel like going back so I just threw it in the trash. What a waste. I truly give up on this place!
Our food has always been on time, tastes great, everything correct. Times are hard for service industry folks and I sincerely appreciate places like this that still put forth great service. Thank you!
The best pizza ever. Have eating pizza since college days 1990. These guy's put others to shame. I heard they had great pizza but never thought this good.
My first bad experience with Marcos they didn't have gloves on my pizza was cold and it made me and my kids sick I will never eat at this location again

Everytime we order, the food is Hot, perfect with super delivery folks. I always tip extra when they arrive. Never had a bad experience. Food is sooo hit & fresh!! Keep it up. You all Trump even my Chinese craving!
I have to give them a 1 star. Food not delivered and they went to the wrong address. The owner of the wrong address called me directly. I don't know how he got my number. My biggest issue is why wouldn't the delivery driver call me instead of a total stranger. I understand that they made a mistake in the store and mistakes happen but when you pay $38.00 for delivery and 2 hours later a stranger calls me. Unacceptable. I will do business elsewhere. I fully understand they can't find competent help these days but if you can't close your doors.
