This was our anniversary dinner. We went to Longhorn after church for dinner. When we got there, we were seated right away. I ordered a porterhouse medium rare, and my wife ordered a Flo's filet medium. Both came out over cooked, well done. Managers got involved making it a bigger deal than it was. It was a total snafu. The only one that did their job right was the waitress who got a good tip.It's sad, Longhorn was a good restaurant, but not anymore. Hopefully they will learn from this.
I have ate here quite a few times and I usually don't complain but I'm going to today. The steak is always cold or never cooked right. The bread is hard. The salad is usually warm also. Let's not get started on the broccoli. I complain to the manager and he gave me a 40.dollar gift card. So, I decided let's give it one more shot. So, I did. Yet again the broccoli wasn't done. They literally chopped it off the stock and threw it on my plate. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the longhorn in Lagrange than to eat here ever again!!! The service is horrible and the cook needs to learn how to cook!!
Longhorn does not disappoint ever with their meat, Food was very flavourful and still hot when picked up...Steaks were moist and prepared as requested, Sweet Potatoes and bread- warm and soft...Great customer service, it was communicated that there would be a wait time which I greatly appreciated. The only thing lacking was my doughnuts, it was described on the menu as being tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate sauce, I try to limit my chocolate intake due to medical conditions so I couldn't fully enjoy the doughnuts as a dessert item since there was no sweetness to it, they totally forgot the cinnamon sugar part. Overall the meal was on point, I never feel like my money is wasted when it's spent here.
First time for eating and ordering from Longhorn steakhouse. Staff/employees was well mannered, respectful. The atmosphere was awesome. The steak was amazing. The soup lobster chowder was really good. I will be back for more. Thanks
What has happened to this place. Steak not cooked right, baked potato old and the salad was so big when I tried to eat it, half of it overflowed onto the table. This used to be one of my favorite longhorn's but no more. This is the second time I've eaten here in the past month and both times I had to send food back. I'll find someplace else to go to.
Food was good but service was slow. We ordered the lunch special, grilled chicken sandwich and fries then a chicken strawberry salad with loaded potato.Took a long time to order food but took a lot longer to get it. My husband was ready to leave after 30 minutes when he noticed our food just sitting in the pickup window. He went to the manager. The manager, John Rotondi, brought all but our loaded potato out and said it had just came up. The fries and chicken sandwich was COLD. It was a fried chicken sandwich, not the grilled my husband ordered and I was missing the potato. It finally arrived later.Will not return to Longhorns in Newnan.

Steak, potato and salad were ok ... nothing special, but not bad. Old Fashioned was too sweet. I think the restaurant could use a deep cleaning. Our server was outstanding (don't remember her name, unfortunately) ... friendly and attentive, and split the check as requested.
Hot, tasty, and delicious cuts of beef served to your preference. 20 oz. rib eye bone in my go to choice was perfect, flavorful so tender it makes you shake your head. From porterhouse to New York strip you will be satisfied. The salmon will melt in your mouth. A full service bar compliments all meals. A wonderful place to dine alone and groups and parties can also be accommodated. Deserts to end your meal are a most pleasant treat. With plenty parking available for both dine in and pick up too your meal is only moments away. Flat screens for your sports viewing pleasure is also always on. Stop in on your next hunger moment, they will be glad you stopped by.
