Wow just Wow!! The Guillory family wants to thank Akina and Brandon for such a wonderful dinner experience today. From the moment we walked in Akina greeted us with a warm and welcome smile. She was personable and really built rapport. She did not just take our order she was engaged and knowledgeable. Brandon cooked the food to perfection and delivered the food with a smile to the table asking us about sauces and brought it back to the table for us. If you want a top notch food experience then make sure to come the Newnan, Ga Long John Silvers. So slow. I waited inside for 5 minutes and nothing was happening - no one moved in line, no one got their order taken - so I left and went to McDonald’s. Got my food so much faster. Not worth trying at long John silvers unless you have all day to wait for your food.
Great service! I love fried shrimp it's my favorite seafood. They were very nice and polite which is refreshing. I give them an 8 out of 10.
Very good customer service good food y'all can't forget about this place since it's over by Kroger Management's great if they get something wrong they don't hesitate to make it right I highly recommend this Long John silver Bianca, Ashton was very pleasant her staff was very nice I highly recommend this Long John silver's up here in the area!!!
Pulled in at 8:00 pm Sunday night , store hours state that they close at 9:00. Two women who work there were chatting in the lobby when we pulled in . We could see them through the window as they could us . The one threw her hand in the air and was running her mouth as we could see her walking to the door with her keys in her hand so dramatic. Very rude , she easily could have just said I am sorry but we are closed . Her customer was exceptional she should be proud .
I had the number one I believe chicken and fish Hush Puppies, coleslaw unsweet tea service was fantastic and so was the food and the price. Way to go guys!!! This location was the Long John Silvers Bullsboro Dr Newnan Ga.
Never really liked going here to eat!! Smelled nasty and way too greasy!!! Haven't been since they remodeled. I'll let yall know if I change my mind or not ?
My husband and I approached the drive thru. My husband begins to place his order and is rudely rushed when he was trying to gain clarity on what he was getting. He was constantly cut off by the order taker. So I went inside to make a complaint and place the order again. I was met with the same level of aggression from who I later learned her name was Ashley (possible assistant manager). I advised her she kept cutting my husband off she rolled her eyes and said it was the headset and she couldn't hear him. I advised her that she never stopped talking enough to give him a chance to finish speaking. So then she ignored me and told me that she put the order in right. I asked to speak to a manger and another male employee informed me that she was a manager but so was another lady (Shelly). I explained everything to Shelly and Ashley still remained rude rolling her eyes and making rude comments while I was explaining everything to Shelly. Then Shelly confirmed my order which Asley had in fact put in wrong. Ashley was now in the back making our food and she still messed it up and only gave my husband fish and not fish and chicken. Shelly upgraded our drink size and took off 10% for the bad customer service we received. The way Ashley acted was not only unprofessional but downright embarrassing. As a member of the community, a homeowner, and small business owner I get the hard times that we are facing as a nation but that is no excuse to treat those who are keeping you in business with such distaste. (Only giving 1 star for Shelly).
Great hot fresh food with good service! Went to this location for lunch at around 2 pm and was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism.
I came on December 15 2001 and my food was have cook the fish was raw and they don't want to answer the phone the employee was nice but the food was not on point out of all days why to day ???
