This location has gone downhill over the past few months.Tonight determined I won't be back.Wasn't able to give me correct change.Absolutely no pizza sauce whatsoever.Dry crust,no sauce. Just cheese on crust.Very disappointed.
Ordered delivery twice from here. Both times the order was wrong, and they never pick up the phone. Had to return to the store(cause they don't pick up the phone.) Just to see all the employees on their phone and didn't even offer a refund for delivery.
Just finished being lied to by a female claiming to be a manager at this location. Explained to her that I received a wrong order from Ronald. I ordered a beef most bestes and a cheese most bestes pizza because my family does not eat pork. Instead I received a sausage pizza and a pepperoni. Mind you I had to wait for the order because of the beef pizza and still was given the wrong order. I explained that I caught a ride for this pizza and may have left the receipt in the vehicle but I do have the pizza and the order number. I received the run around and will not be helped……I do
Always ready when the app approximates. Always hot, always fresh. Almost always have ample toppings. We order from this location a few times a month. Clean location. Employees are friendly.
Workers in back talking and joking. Customers standing at counter waiting for someone to assist them.Poor service... slower than normal.
This location is great, kind of hard to navigate through the shopping area but, pizza was hot and ready as were the bread sticks.
Great pizza and staff, but the crackheads that haggle you out on the sidewalk make this place a little off-putting.
Completely got my order wrong... ordered a cheese calzone sent pepperoni... did not add my add on sauce and now they don't answer the phone....
Really upset with my last visit to this Little Caesars. Front counter Cashier (Joevani) all he does is chat with the guy in the kitchen and does not pay attention to the customer in the lobby. After more than 20 minutes of waiting for a pizza that i had to ask for it. They realize they screwed up the order. You know why they screwed up the order because all the guy in the kitchen was doing was in the front counter chatting with Cashier. I hope their management reads this. That is why more people quit supporting places like this.
