Do believe her name was Marissa but she was too busy singing and horsing around in the back to get orders out on a busy Saturday evening. Trying to remember the boy's name in the front he told me but it's blitzed, sweet as all get out and tried to get orders in and out quickly but was too nice to say anything to her, don't make workplace enemies, I get it but at the same time customer service suffers. There needs to be better management for it to properly operate but it is poorly managed and the employees are not at fault because they are given no guidelines essentially nor held accountable.
I read the reviews which said this business doesn't answer the phone and they have terrible customer service. I didn't think it could be that bad ... IT IS! I called 8 times over 45 minutes. They never answered the phone. It would ring and ring and finally a recording would come on which said this number is not in service. So, I don't know if their phone works or not. Finally, went up there and the face to face service is terrible too. I hope the owner is able to get some good help. I don't know what these employees are being paid but they're not worth whatever they are getting
Forget the convenience of ordering before you get there……. They NEVER answer the phone. Be prepared to go place your order before you pick up….Foods always good tho
Easy. Order online, received a code once order was ready. Retrieved food from the locker inside of the store. Kids love the stuffed crust and thin crust.
They literally closed the door in my face, at 8:53, the lady ran out to the door and close it. This the second time in this store. Horrible experience here.
After a Girl place an order in front of me… and make me wait at the counter for about 5 minutes someone show up to tell me if I want to get a Pizza I need to place an order online…
The pizzas are always good, but the service is terrible. Usually, there is nothing but kids working the restaurant, and that would be fine, if they were trained properly to be professional with their customers. The phone is always off the hook or turned on silent. You can never make a call in order. I read all the other reviews and they say the exact same thing. It’s not the kids who should be disciplined, it’s whoever owns the franchise. No managerial guidelines at all.
