Love this coffee shop with a little more. Food, coffee, drinks….enjoyed our 1st meal here and it was great for a Sunday am coffee and breakfast. If you haven’t tried them out, it’s a must.
We too have been abruptly asked to leave the outside seating area of this establishment even though we bought an extremely overpriced glass of wine from Leaf and Bean. My wife bought a glass of wine, I bought a beer at Ace growlers and we sat at the table in front of Leaf and Bean. 20 minutes later the owner came outside and asked us to leave because we haven't ordered anything from her restaurant. She didn't ask if we wanted anything, she didn't ask if we were customers, she wasn't the person that waited on my wife, she just told us to leave. We left and we will never be going back. This is not how you treat loyal customers. The coffee shop wasn't even busy. We were enjoying our evening until this woman ruined it. Absolutely no reason to be this rude.****Response to ownerYou're correct, we were a customer of yours and you asked us to leave. We were not there that long and my portrayal is very accurate. The folks around us were shocked as well. You charged us $10 for 4 ounces of wine...it was way overpriced. Don't worry, we will definitely find somewhere else to go. It's unfortunate that you feel the need to behave like this and hurt the businesses around you.
Cute place. Stood in line the normal amount of time. When I got to the register the girl walked off to pet a dog. Didn’t even look at me. Not a big confidence boost, but I had just finished up a 10 mile bike ride. Nice guy came up and took my order. Apple fritter was tasty. Coffee was cold. They were cool about heating it up. Tasted like a normal latte. Couldn’t taste the bourbon brown sugar but it was still decent. Will try again.
We have frequented this coffee shop for years, despite it being overpriced, because we like supporting local businesses and the ambiance was nice. After tonight we will never spend another dime there. While we were sitting at a table outside waiting on friends to arrive the owner came out and told us we had to leave because we hadn’t ordered yet, despite multiple other tables being empty and available. She was aggressive and rude when she could have just offered us a menu. We moved to tables next door at Ace Beer Growler, where thankfully they were very accommodating and friendly to us.
Charming coffee shop on the square where we had a great breakfast (they also serve lunch and cocktails at night). A reasonable value with very friendly service. This place could succeed anyplace.
Came by again and there was a roach on the wall!!! Yikes! Had to go from 4/5 to 3/5.Randomly found this coffee shop when I was lost. It is so nice! I love the decor. Lots of seating and outlets which I appreciate as someone who goes to a place like this to study. The staff is funny! And the coffee is good! Which can be hard to find in these smaller coffee places. But baked goods? They are so gross AND grossly overpriced. I took a bite of the $4 brownie and said absolutely not. My bf tried it (who’s a verified dessert addict), he spit it out. Actually, all the food is overpriced and mediocre at best. BUTTTT, I gave 4 stars because the location, the decor, the ambiance is a vibe! I’m gonna check them out again but in the evening because they turn into a bar/lounge. I’d tell a friend to come here for a cup of coffee but not to eat.
Pretty solid spot that stays busy. Friendly service and good variety of menu options :)
I love it here. The owner is so friendly, their rewards cards fill up quickly, there’s always something to read, and muffin Monday is the best! Also love their creative seasonal specials!
Awesome stuff, menu, drinks and coffee. A must visit if you are near Newnan!
Cool place, cool people. Music can be obscure at times.
