Every time I order from this restaurant my order is wrong. And they never answer their phone worst place ever ?
I don't know why I keep going back food is good but service is always bad
We hit the drive thru here and they were out of everything. Only had 1 person working drive thru and 1 person cooking so they were only serving like 2 items. Crazy.... :(
I went there to get the new plant base chicken nuggets which are suppose to be cook to order. Well this young man said we got some which were already cooked. So I asked if he could cook me some fresh ones and he was polite and nice and said yes ma'am. So when I got home and ate one of the nuggets I could taste oil that was so horrible. I figure what he did was re-cooked the one he had already cooked. This was on Zelda Road in Montgomery Alabama. I know now.
I ordered an eight piece mixed box. When it was delivered, I was given eight thighs. This is the third time this has happened. When you attempt to reach out to the store the line is always busy.
It seems that every time we use the drive thru. that something is missing in the meal. Just sent my daughter there and they did not put my livers in or the gravy for the potatoes. Can't get in touch by phone it sounds like it goes to fax machine. Will think twice before I go back.
Waited for an hour for an online order. Was told to go wait on the side where Ivwas just forgotten about and then they forgot the only thing that I actually ordered for myself. Absolutely ridiculous.

The people are super disrespectful the chicken is super greasy & when I was ordering my food the lady was rushing me to order my food & being rude & when I went to the window I asked the lady if I can put a order of fries she thought I said to get a side of fries for free & she say ah no when I’m asking her nicely to please place an order of fries & I literally still had my card in my hand finna give it to her I didn’t even wanna purchase or even eat the food she had a whole attitude and disrespectful.
