this is best jersey mikes i’ve been too! great food, great service, very nice employees !! i come here every week for lunch and they never disappoint, also they are VERY fast!

Good hoagies...needs to increase amount of meats. Need to lease board they make hoagies on in between each one made. Don't intermix vinegar & oils with orders who don't want it. Overall clean. Will revist again for their chance to clean it up.
My husband and I order from this location often and always have fresh and delicious sandwiches!
Extremely poor customer service. I walked in the Newnan location and I was not greeted the person behind the counter just stared at me. Another individual walked in they were greeted and immediately assisted. I guess I didn’t possess the right attributes to be assisted at this location.
Having grown up going to the original in Pt. Pleasant, I had high expectations. I got a #6 with M, OV and 1/2 lettuce. The OV was put on the Mayo so 90% slid off the sandwich before he was able to flip it, the lettuce was on the entire sandwich. The bread was fresh and meat was flavorful, even if it was less meat than I expected. There was confusion behind the counter between employees. Overall, I was disappointed.
Poor customer service. The guy cutting the bread with a beard was rude and loud. My mom asked a simple question and he raised his voice and said "what is that? We don't serve that here that's Subway.". He interpreted his coworker when he was trying to help answer my mom's question as if he couldn't be bothered. Will not shop there ever again when people are rude to elderly woman.

Jersey Mikes at Glenda Trace, is our new favorite place for Sandwiches!! The quality can’t be beat, the staff is excellent, friendly and professional. The manager, John, is a great example of management! We came after seeing a TV blurb that said a special was on for buy one get one. The event was over but he gave us the special as it was our first visit! He gained two customers for life! The sandwiches were awesome and we both agreed that “the other sub place” was no longer a contender!! Thanks!
Not recommend. Poor customer service. Problems several times with this location. I am giving up. Pretty good food, but last order was delivered and much of the order was left out. No way to fix the problem as they simply WILL NOT answer the phone. Ever. Also inquiries over the app have gone unanswered as well. Also, several times there has been a double points promotion thru the app but they don't credit them, the app will never accept a promo code, and the deliveries are usually late. The apps, promotions, etc are meant to create customer loyalty. I have tried to participate. Corporate needs to realize it will also drive the customer away - me - when implemented poorly.
