I walked in and there was a line of people just standing around waiting to be greeted on a Thursday morning at 1030 am. I went to the bathroom and came back out and a hostess was still not available to greet, yet alone seat anyone. After 10 min a lady came to the counter with to go orders and and asked us to be patient. Everyone was fine waiting no one seemed bothered. After 20 minutes I was greeted and sat. My table was sticky and I asked if I could clean it. They gave me what was needed and I used the paper towels and cleaning solution to clean up. I pushed some crumbs on the table to the floor. I noticed that the floor didn't look like it was swept or mopped in a long time. No way that grime is from just today. After being seated a waitress came over took our drinks and food order. After about 10 min our drinks came out. The family next to me was missing food and one man found egg shells in his eggs. This location is poorly managed and understaffed and unclean.
Server was good. Friendly. But food took longer than normal to come out and some of it was cold. They were quick to apologize and comped the cold meal, which was not eaten.
Seating was quick for a Sunday at lunch time. The service was quick and attentive without being overly bothersome. The food was all correct and good. Great job!
SLOW service, and every excuse in the book. Don't waste your time here.
Food was great but, although our server was nice, she didn't set our table. Other tables had salt pepper, syrup and other condiments once they sat down. I kept asking her for these things but she didn't give them to us. We only had pepper, syrup, and honey mustard. She gave us silverware after our food came out although we had been there 45 minutes. Ill blame it on it being busy, since it was the day after christmas and my birthday breakfast date ❤
Unfortunately we didn't get to eat. We stopped here because it was supposed to be open until midnight (Just before 9:30). As we are walking it there's a handwritten sign saying we will close at 10pm tonight. Normally I don't like to go to a place close to closing, but we were already there with 3 hungry children. We walked in, after a minute or so someone came to greet us. As she's getting menus a "manager" walks out if the office and says it's 9:30 (you can guess the tone). The person then tells us we can only get takeout. Maybe they should have posted; "We will randomly close whenever tonight”. Or maybe 9:30, or 9:00?
Our waitress was awesome we were a party of 7 with 2 birthdays and she was the best server ever
The food was great and we both really enjoyed our meals. Our waitress was pretty good a little slow but I think she may have been new and they were understaffed. The only thing I can complain about was the cleanliness of the restraunt. The floors were especially dirty and we witnessed a waitress just push trash into the floor and leave it. Not sure we will be back to this location
Food was good, waitress was nice. Kids loved their pancakes. Had a good time.
Did an online, curbside order, still had to go inside to get order, some items were prepared wrong, noticed 2 items missing, had to wait for them to be prepared, once I got home, realized another item was missing
