Pretty darn good if I do say so myself. But I got sick as a dog about a day or two later no clue from what, but this was the only place I ate out at.
I had a situation with one of my orders recently that wasn't a big deal but the GM went above and beyond to make it right! Great place, great food and even better prices!
I order from this store multiple times a week and my order never meets my expectations, whether it is forgotten sauces I've purchased, an incorrect item, or a missing item: I can honestly say I have never received a 100% satisfactory order.The service is mediocre AT BEST (except for ONE delivery driver whom I've encountered who is phenomenal each time I encounter him, he drives a dark red mustang) and my food is rarely made how I have ordered it.Today the problem was with my Howie Bread,there were no pepperonis in the breadand the bread was in small little knots, unlike what I am used to, being in puffy, perfect little rectangles.I was looking forward to my lunch this afternoon, and I ran across and busy highway to get change, and I was left utterly disappointed and honestly frustrated with this location's lack of quality.I usually call the store to report my issues, but it seems as if those efforts have little to no effect.
Just visited this Hungry Howie’s location and was completely ignored!! When I came to place and pick up my order, staff working weren’t listening for who might have walked in and I had to try more than once to gain someone’s attention. No one moved with haste or even bothered to apologize for the poor customer service
The pizza is amazing like always but I love the customer service of Mr.ken when I tell you he’s helping and sweet and takes his time I love his service period

I had a issue with my order and I called and spoke with GM Courtney was really nice and professional so she told me she will replace meal. Well on Friday I called and placed order for replacement and the entire experience was horrible. The manager that took order was nonchalant and sounded like she was tired and didn't want to be at work so I placed order anyway after completing order she told me it would be 90 mins I called back about 5 mins later because my husband wanted to add topping and we were going to pay she said pizza was already in oven. Ok pizza was already in oven 5 mins later and still didn't receive order until 2 hours later and when I received it it was warm. I asked for parmesan cheese packets and crushed red peppers and 2 ceasar salad dressings m.j one was in the bag. I called back and spoke with manager Emily and she was rude and unprofessional and stated she will have GM call me still haven't received call. I will not be returning
Not even sorta good. Spent $121 plus $8 tip and the food was drowning in oil/grease. And none of it was even close to being warm. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich, it was so soggy and gross. Extremely disappointed.Will NEVER order again. We’re out a lot of money and don’t have anything to show for it.
Omg, carry out pizza does not get better than Hungry Howies!
