The drive thru is incredibly slow here. The past 3 times that I have been, there have been 3-4 cars ahead of me and it takes at least 30 minutes (I've timed it). It doesn't seem very under-staffed. Whenever I pull up to the window, there are at least 4 workers that I can see. It's not like they are being careful, because they often get my order wrong. I typically order 4-6 steak or bacon egg and cheese biscuits. So it's not like I've ordering anything unusual. I'm not sure what's so difficult about counting out biscuits. When they do get the order wrong, it's not like I can just go inside for them to fix it. They have all of the doors locked so no one can come in. If I wanted to tell them that the order was wrong, I would have to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes.Also, there was one occasion where all of the workers were inside but the doors were locked and they closed the drive thru. Their hours are very inconsistent. I have pretty much given up on this place as it seems that the workers have also given up on this place. If you are on the highway looking for a place to eat. This is not the place because it's probably not going to be open. If it is open, it's going to take you at least 30 minutes and your order will be wrong. And you won't be able to use their bathrooms.
Got there today at 2pm. No response from the drive thru so we pulled up to the windows . Workers wouldn’t even come to the window to explain if something was wrong. Just waved us to leave…..I could have never done that when I was working in the restaurant biz. Actually we’ve never encountered that ever either. Looking at the other reviews seeing the owner responded and was made aware of the problem and it’s still going on means it will not change until higher up steps in.
Went just as they were switching from breakfast to lunch. Took 25 minutes to get our order thru the drive thru, after ordering, (not taking into account the 15 minutes we waited just to order) and they gave us the wrong burger and missing the large fries. They said we could wait another 3 minutes to get the fries, but by this time I was done and everyone else's food was already getting cold.
They have a sign on the door that specifically states they open at 6am. I finally drove up to the window to be told that they open at 7am. When I mentioned the sign states open at 6am I was told .. I know. I suggested that they should change their sign. It seems that they really don't care. The service is notoriously terrible but the food is usually good. I would give this visit and their attitude a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5.
Didn't get my tater tots with my gravy n biscuit combo, lady kept letting the window beat up my bag during the Hand Bag Out process, didn't get a receipt, held on to my card, process took three people just to give me the craziest vibe this morning, Po Babies, ya'll need to tighten up, just breathe, I'ma give it a five cause it's my people and I know they will "Do Better."
2nd time I have sat in the order line for 10mins only for no one to respond and then the window tell me they are closed. You'd think they would put a sign on the microphone if they couldn't take orders. 1:30pm
Hello I understand the restaurant is under staffed, most places are now days. But I came thru the drive thru and was trying to order 4 apple pies and was told we don't have any right now. Then I was trying to ask the lady inside if they were out or would they have some in a few minutes. Thought they might had to just cook some more. But she became very rude with me, her response to me was we don't have any in a very rude voice.she could have just explained that they were just out of them and offered another option. I could have just ordered cookies or something else for my grandchildren. But no she wanted to just come of rude.
How is this place still open. Shortened hours, no ordering inside and no one will take orders for the drive in. This isn’t a one time thing, I’ve tried this place several times in the last few months hoping they would get their stuff together. Save your time and eat your shoe. If I could give zero it would still be too many stars.
So we had to stop quick for a bite, and missed breakfast... I hadn't been to Hardees in years! My burger was sooo good and the lady at the window was so pleasant, reminded me of family! ?
