My biscuit was hard, chicken was burned. And when I called on numerous occasions and no one answered the phone. This location is the only one in my area so I'm stuck with service that sucks.
The food was hard and they had attention. Food was bad that morning and not friendly at all.
Today was a great morning at Hardee's. I purchased 2 biscuits, an omelet and steak egg and cheese biscuits. They were delicious. The biscuits were hot, soft, and buttery.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET THE ORDER RIGHT! FOUND HAIR IN THE GRAVY....NASTY NASTY PLACE!
The people were extremely friendly but the #1 I got was not up to par..I ate 3 bites of the sandwich only cuz I was hungry and half the fries..I do hate waste g money but sometimes it is what it is..
Since they have reopened 100% improved. Fast, orders correct, nice employees working the window. Glad a gave it another try. Keep up the good work.
Got a couple burgers at the drive through. Noticed the health department score of 84 posted at the window, and should have canceled the order. My son has food poisoning from the burger and fries. I feel fine, but he's been barfing ever since we got home. Do not eat here.
Sometimes there is a line in tbe drive through in the morning but it's worth the wait
It was terrible coffee was cold and the didn't put the spicy sauce on the new chicken biscuit charging 14 dollars for two meals that were not good at all im very disappointed hardees newnan
Their employees are beyond rude and customer service is beyond bad! Their food has went down hill really fast in the last year or so! Will not ever go to this Hardee's again!
