Ordered Five Guys on Doordash. They approved my order, which included 2 milkshakes. Our Dasher called us from the store to tell us their machine was broken. Hmm, they must use the same brand as McDonald's! I mean seriously, I don't know what things look like on their end when using Doordash, but couldn't they have let us know BEFORE we the payment went through? Maybe, maybe not, but I would love to know.
Terrible and slow service from the Sunday team today. Drink machine not working, milkshakes not available, no water even. And no employees apologizing. Tables not being cleaned either. You can do better.
I'm an Uber eats driver and every time I've ever picked up from here they're always the slowest restaurant in all of newnan. I often just leave because I could get 2 deliveries done in the time I would wait for one here, honest to God.
Burger was excellent. Always give you alot of food for your money. Great time

I love their food but not their prices. It was $80 for four of us to eat burgers and fries.
Store was not as clean as other five guys I have been in and there was some kind of minor construction going on.. The food was good and the service was prompt.

Love this place.... closing at 4pm on Monday & Tuesday???!!!I am sure they will blame Covid 1 1/2 years later..
