Had a great meal at this location yesterday 6/6/22 have been to many Firehouses throughout my travels and this is by far the best I have encountered. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful with our needs. The manager Laretha was outstanding and wonderful great fit because of her personality and upbeat attitude don't think you could find a better person to be the face of that store. I am a former resturant DM and if she was my manager I would be trying to clone her. Great JOB...
I often dine at firehouse subs in Ashley Park during my lunch break. Staff is always friendly & helpful & the subs are excellent. Will continue to return.
The Restaurant is clean and the Staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The Sandwiches were delicious and was with a nice size portion.
Mess up my order completely every 2 out of 3 times, that's way too much. Don''t go here if you want to get what you actually ordered.

This one is OK. Been to others that were better. Was out of a lot of staples the day I went along with being short staffed that day. Might have just caught this place on A bad day.
It took 3 staff members 50 minutes to make 2 sandwiches when hardly anyone was there/picking up at 4:30pm on a Sunday. So frustrating.
I was very impressed by the Firehouse team tonight. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff along with the fresh tasting food shows that they care about the total customer experience.Thank you GM Laretha and your staff for serving me and the couple behind me when it was close to closing time. I will be back in the future.
Customer service is absolutely horrible here. So much so that the idea of getting food or anything from this staff in the future is highly unlikely. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant but intense customer service training is needed.
Food was great . I had not been there , had to ask a lot of questions on order , procedure's , where things were.
