This store was remodeled and made a lot better.When they re-opened it was great for a little while. They served my favorite dunkachino.Every time I would order one it tasted bad. It just got worse every day. I quit going for about a week, now they quit serving it. I think someone needs to help this store.
I waited at the drive up window for 10 minutes. Two employees were within 10 ft of me. Both looked at me several times and turned away, They chatting with eachother and obviously making a deliberate effort to ignore my presence! Finally I gave up and left. I guess selling donuts wasn't part of their plans. I won't be back. RUDE, LAZY, ARROGANT!
I give it one star because regardless they were still pretty nice and had good customer service. I don’t complain usually but I also usually go to Starbucks and wanted to give this place a try. When I got to the window I sat there for 5 mins before she told me the price and I watched (as they left the window open) one of the employees making my drink and coughing and touching her hair and face. Needless to say I didn’t touch my drink at all. And I’m never going back there because that is just disgusting. The menu and prices posted contradict everything and they “no longer so that”.
I rarely leave bad reviews but I come here often because it’s close to me and it’s easily one of the worst staff i’ve ever dealt with. they take forever answering drive through and recently they just didn’t do it at all and when we went inside they stood there talking, walked to the back where we could still see them, continued talking and laughing for a few minutes before they finally sent someone out there to barely speak to us and make a sad coffee. overall management needs to do some serious work here, there’s a difference between a labor shortage and poor, untrained staff that doesn’t care. this isn’t a one time situation either, i’ve encountered maybe one employee that actually does her job.
Been to this location multiple times for food delivery. The girl working only wants to help certain people apparently. Came in and she wasn't even in the front. Stood around for five minutes, heard her talking in the back. I called out for assistance and she never came up or responded. I will not be back to this location. Pathetic!!!
Drive through order board posted $3 iced latte but cashier said they were no longer that price, the board was broken and the price was $4 something. I demanded the advertised price, so the manager met me at the window and said may I help you...I'm like no. She asked if the app had the $3 price and it did. So, I was able to get the deal. But, even if I did not have the app, I would still expect the advertised price. Paper and tape still works to cover the wrong price! It saves the customer and workers on stress. But, the latte and egg bagel bites were delicious!!
I worked here and never in my life have I seen so much attitude towards customers and arguing with them, or keeping the place dirty and don’t clean well. Attitudes definatly need to change, and we sure don’t need to be on phones when taking peoples orders or ignoring your customers to take a call. That’s just not how you run a restaurant nor have good service somewhere. It just blew my mind how the place is ran.
Very rude to customers the workers do and work at there pace not taking care of there customers
Good place with a very small drive-thru. I decided to go inside due to a long e wait time. The staff was nice and friendly and the service was quick. I'm glad that I went inside to get a feel for the type of employees they had. The did seem focused on the drive-thru but it wasn't clear what the delay was. I would go back for coffee and or donuts if I was in the area.
Went through the drive thru tonight. I sat at the speaker for over five minutes before my order was taken. Then I sat behind the car in front of me for another ten minutes. When I finally got to the window I could see two employees inside on their phones and drinking a drink at the end of the counter. They looked at me several time but never came to the window. I sat there for over five minutes before pulling off. They were on their phones the entire time.
