My fiancé & I just moved to the town this past weekend and got in late. We decided to order a pizza around 9:30. When we went to pick it up it was around 10:15. We just went off the estimated time the pizza would have been ready from the website. When we got there, the worker said it’s only him working and it will be about 25 minutes until the pizza is done..meaning he hasn’t even started. We were already exhausted and hungry from moving but waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas is not acceptable. It’s not the worker’s fault and I felt bad how many costumers were sitting there waiting around at 10 pm at night. They shouldn’t have been allowed to be open with just one worker or should have at least stopped taking orders once he started to get backed up. The management here needs some serious training.
My boyfriend and I ordered pizza tonight and when he got home he realized that his pizza had a few pineapple on his cheese pizza. This was fine because they could just be picked off. However, I was eating mine and saw something weird and pulled out a small wad off hair. This was both disgusting and unsanitary I pretty much lost my appetite afterwards.
I’ll never buy here again people are nice but food is disappointing. I had a delivery last night I was missing my Pasta they promise to bring it back never got it!! Called the next morning I received it but it was all dried out and half empty bowl no flavor just wasn’t right. I’ve tried this place to many times and been disappointed just not the same anymore..On the other hand the delivery guy STEVE is a very outstanding gentleman Please TIP him gracefully he so deserves it!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WROST SERVICE! The store manager did not want to give me a refund for an under cooked pizza. He stated “I will mess up my numbers for today “. Also, he called the police because I said “I’m not leaving until I get back my $10.18… really you called the police because I wouldn’t leave without my refund. Oh my I add he hung up the phone on me while I was talking. Customer service in places like this is getting worse, especially with kids 19yrs old being a manager. Be advised.. if you food is under cooked or have insects in it, you have to wait until the next day to get a refund.
You must be prepared for disappointment. Out of four orders, one has been acceptable. Tonight, I ordered a $6.99 pasta dish - Italian sausage marinara - and I have no idea what I got but it wasn’t that. When I called to try to fix it, I got hung up on. I’m done ordering from Dominos. Strongly suggest you use non-chain local restaurants - like Karvelas on Lagrange - because cost isn’t the only consideration. Check out the photo of my $6.99 Italian sausage marinara. Waste. Of. Time.
I waited over 2 hours for my pizzas. App said delivered. no pizza. called and they left it at the wrong apartment complex. said it would be another 2 hours and if I didn't like that then I should go online and apply for a job there. Then they canceled my order. We will never order there again. Manager was so rude.
This Dominos is a CROCK!!! They advertise 2 items 4 $5.99 but wen u try 2 order wings as 1 of the items itz a different story, they do not honor the advertisement, the pizza is #5.99 but the wings r $8.99. Itz a lying advertisement just 2 get u n there! ??? Buy urself frozen wings, Tyson or Fridays, u'll b btr off with more wings & they taste gd. Also, buy wings @ Kroger, more wings gd taste.
I had an issue with my order that I made and the manager (I believe his name was Matt) was a pleasure to speak with and took care of it immediately. Again the issue was my fault not theirs but they took care of it quickly and with a great attitude. They always do a great job with everything!
I waited almost two hours for a delivery. Come to find out they only have one driver. They should have a spot on the app that shows how many driver they have. Called to check on the pizza and they didn’t even offer to give cheesy bites for free. What happened to customer service?
I understand everyone has a shortage in staff, but I ordered for delivery and I noticed they were taking long, so I called and they told it was gonna take 30 more minutes (by that time it was an hour since I place the order) and instead that I could go and pick it up ??? so I had to go and get it, but they were cold already, but what can you do if you’re hungry craving pizza and sick? So if I didn’t call to check I would be waiting for an hour to get the pizza.
