Twice I have had to wait over nearly an hour past my estimated pickup time. Last time, I ordered my pizza well-done b/c the crust is usually still white & too floppy but instead of well-done they were burnt. So I had to wait over an hour for a burnt pizza. I was tired & went home without checking the pizzas (last time I'll ever let that happen) & I had to return & wait for a fresh one b/c it was simply inedible. The manager did apologize & gave me breadsticks & remade my order but honestly, I should've been refunded for a nearly 2 hour ordeal.I think I'll only order Domino's from PTC near Shakerag Hill, whenever I'm near the area. Staff there are super nice, fast, & make their pizzas perfectly delicious!Ignore the yellowed picture below, food filter turned on automatically ?
If the person running the register knew how to refill the register tape AND the other employee helped him more this review would be higher. However since the customer had to show the employee how to open the receipt printer…I’m a bit impatient with the lack of teamwork!
I don’t know what has happened to Domino’sI thought the Fairburn store was horrible, this location is even worse. Gave them my telephone number I ordered lunch at work. The driver is knocking on house doors says he tried calling me I never got a call so he took the pizza back to the store, do you think the manager would try to call me? NO! An hour and half later they want to deliver cold pizzas! I want my money back!$39.77 poor customer service
Between the 2 large pepperoni pizzas that we ordered, there were maybe 15 pepperonis on the pizzas. Some slices didn't even get one.
Pizzas have been consistently tasty, hot and fresh, loaded with requested toppings. Staff is friendly.
Horrible service and communication....Waited an hour before we called the store. Called the store and the person that answered said "Yeah...we were going to call you..." Then proceeded to tell me my order hadn't even been started after an hour and that it would be another 1.5 hours before they could do it. Meanwhile, I could have already ordered from another provider and fed my family at this point. When I told him this, he said "Ok". Couldn't be more disappointed....
I gave two stars instead of one because they got one out of three pizzas right. Two pizzas were suppose to be thin crust and came as hand tossed and one with the wrong sauce. This just reminds me why I don’t go to Domino’s and I trust locally owned places that care instead of big companies that don’t.
I fully understaff bring understaffed but that is not their only issue. I placed a delivery order at 7:10pm and at 9 pm I drove to the store to pick it up because I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. They had not even started the order!! This is officially the last time I will order from this store.
I walked in and ordered a pizza. Had to wait longer than normal because they were very busy. That's OK, I don't mind waiting . When I got my pizza, my car wouldn't start. Had to call for tow truck and ride. Obviously, pizza got cold. Remembered their 'insurance policy' and asked them to remake Pizza. They refused. They do not honor their policy. The policy clearly says that if your pizza is ruined after leaving the store you can return it within 2 hours and get it replaced for free. Shawn told me that wasn't his fault and he wasn't going to remake it. I buy pizza at this location 6 to 8 a month. Not anymore. I will never give them my business again.
I feel bad for the people who work here. They look like good people but they are seriously understaffed. Two people getting a lot of orders with no one to pick up the phone. This is not a good working environment. This is shameful and whomever is the boss should have taken action because this location clearly needs aid. There are currently six cars waiting for their orders and the waiting time is 2+ hours. Will not order from this location again unless the situation changes.
