It’s the combination of DQ and Door Dash. You cannot order cole slaw through Door Dash. No slaw dog option. Store not Door Dash could not/would not add items that were ordered but not on the final receipt. I didn’t notice they were missing until I’d submitted the order. No way to cancel and reorder. Trivial stuff but when you e already had a not so good day it’s the little things that get to you.
This place was horrible. The only saving grace was the fact that our large order was correct. The service was okay, but their card reader was having problems apparently. The ran my card so much I was charged an additional $400 for our $100 order. The quality of the food was extremely poor. The chicken strip in the various meals wereway over cooked. Those of us that got hamburgers opened our meals to shoe leather. It's suppose to be ground beef. How do you make a burger patty that tough. We will not be going back here. Avoid at all costs.
Did the drive thru at DQ and ordered dipped cone. I was shocked on the how sloppy it was made. Chocolate topping only on 60% of it and when I asked the lady at the drive Thru she acted like why are you questioning it? No where to pull over to talk to manager because drive thru dumps you in to a one way main street in town. Their quality control has to improve before I can recommend this place.
Got my order wrong, then argued when clearly not all of my stuff I paid for was there. Owners need to take responsibility and hire better managers and staff.
The Ice cream was yummies. And the pretzel with the cheese dip it's also delicious.
It's okay.. in my opinion over priced unless you come during happy hour and I paid for a strawberry and Oreo shake without Oreos once but I'll live lol and you should get much more shrimp in the box than what you get
Had a great experience here today, staff were friendly, food was served fast and fresh, and everything was clean. A very good Dairy Queen to visit.
Budget was good and hot. Ice cream wonderful. A little pricier than I recalled
Had the best experience here today for lunch! I believe the young man’s name was Zavien who took our order and gave us our food. We both had the meal deals and he timed it just right and brought us our ice cream just before we finished. He was so polite and helpful and really showed excellent customer service! Best service I’ve had here in years!
It's an older restaurant But the food is always really good just there's a lot of young people that work there so check your order. But othe But other than that I've never had any complaints !!
