My family and I went in there today for my daughters birthday and there were 3 girls working who were standing in front of the counter just arguing. Two girls apparently hid the keys of another girls and were pretty much just being mean bullies to the one girl. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. It was very sad to see 3 young ladies in todays time arguing and being so rude to each other. I hope the manager knows about all of this and can rethink about who they hire or schedule together. Ice cream was great!
Delicious ice cream made with soooo many flavor combinations. Neat experience. I've been here several times before, and still a great product with great service.
First time going there yesterday, I was pleased with the experience. The manager or owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thought the process was extremely cool as they make the ice cream per order. Loved that they have a dairy free option. Would definitely go there again!
This was my family’s first time here and we were incredibly disappointed! My daughter wanted to get dessert here for her birthday. Customer service is none existent here. The wait time was about 45 minutes from the time we placed our order and actually got it. My husband and I ordered the same thing, the sea salt caramel crunch. It was supposed to have waffle pieces for the “crunch” but was missing from both and one had a caramel candy the other didn’t. So we basically got ice cream and caramel syrup. None of it was worth the price we paid. VERY OVERPRICED!! Don’t recommend and won’t return

The ice cream was not what I thought it would be, especially for the price I paid for a very small cup of ice cream with a few additions that I could have constructed at home. The customer service was ok. I didn’t feel unwelcome but I also didn’t leave feeling eager to return. I actually threw most of my very small ice cream scoop away because it just wasn’t what I expected. I probably won’t go back.
This place used to be pretty good. Very expensive ice cream but you got the novelty of their “creations”, which almost justified a $10 cup of ice cream. Seems to have gone downhill lately. Final product didn’t resemble the picture of what we ordered. We ordered a creation with brownie bites, but it contained a single brownie bite on the top, nothing mixed in.It should be a plus that they offer non-daily options but they up-charge for those options over their already overpriced ice cream. Just feels like I’m getting ripped off every time I leave. Don’t think I’ll be back.
If I could give this a 0 I would. I can tonight at 8:06. Their sign said they close at 8:30. The door was already locked and I questioned why. They said their owner told them to close early because they didn’t have anyone the past hour, which was a lie because I drive by and saw customers in there a little before 8 to see if they were open because my husband gets off at 8:00. That’s such terrible service and I work in the food industry and there were 4 workers who could’ve easily helped us.
