I would like to take the time to talk about my experience on May 22 2022. I placed a order for curbside & paid a generous tip, I arrived at the time I was given & followed directions on the link given my space number vehicle description. I waited for 15 minutes no one brought my food out, I called the young lady said they would be out with my food waited another 15 minutes, still no food brought out. Finally I go inside to get the food to met with sarcasm & bad customer service. If I could give 0 for a rating I would.
Not a fan of Cracker Barrel; met family for late breakfast. Waitress was more than friendly and attentive. Waited 45 minutes to get seated and almost as long for our orders, but waitress saw to it that everything was correct and apologized repeatedly for the wait. To be fair, it was late Sunday morning - one of their busiest times according to the waitress.
The only place my family can agree on where we can each have something we like. I love the country cooking items & vegetables while my husband gets breakfast and kids enjoy burgers. It's always busy but they do a good job of getting you seated and at least while waiting there are always several cute things to look at.
Busy place but food is always good and hearty/satisfying ?I had their beef roast with 2 sides (mashed potatoes and green beans) along with some corn bread/biscuits. Happy belly ?
The store and eating area was clean. There was a short wait to be seated. The wait on the food was a bit over 50 minutes. Not once during that time were we asked if we needed a refill, which we did on our drinks. When the food arrived some food was very cold on the plate, one was not what we ordered and the bacon was burnt crisps.The staff was friendly just overwhelmed. We were sitting up close by the fireplace. I was really surprised to not get that refill on my tea or checked on. We we not in a corner or out of the way. It took a bit to get even a third fork. They new it was three of us however the basket just had cutlery and napkins for 2. The servers were on the floor together chatting, moving tables and looking around. Completely understandable. I just wish the server would have checked on us. She did apologize for the over 50 minute wait. We knew we were there awhile she mentioned how long. I really enjoy Cracker Barrel. The last few times have just not been good. It makes me sad.
Service was horrible. Food was cold. Waitress Kayla was very slow and did not follow up on request.
Classic food. Always enjoy it. Just my pet peeve. Syrup says all natural but is 1/2 maple and cane sugar.Other than that I always enjoy the food and atmosphere...oh yes and there's Bob Ross toys there...I've never been anywhere in my life with Bob Ross toys...lol..gotta love it
Great service and delicious food.
The food sat in the heat lamp too long. The mashed potatoes and brown gravy were dry and hard. The food wasn't even hot. And the sugar plum tea was way too sweet.
Even this specific restaurant is a franchise; the food was delicious.I have been to several of these restaurants and in my opinion, this one is at the top two.Friendly staff, great tasty food; just a whole great experience
