I often buy chicken tenders to use in a salad. They used to be excellent but my last two visits have been terrible. Not only did the price go up one dollar, but they are much smaller than they used to be. And one visit they were so stale the crust was hard to cut through. Even the biscuits are smaller. It'll bea very long time before I go back.
Although the food is good the employes do not communicate well enough with customers I asked for a family meal that comes with a half gallon of lemonade an biscuits now when I pulled up I received no drinks an no biscuits I asked them an they told me I was wrong when the sign clearly says what I'm purchasing ik company's don't usually care about these feedbacks but for customers in the future check your bags an get what you pay for
This is the worst place I have ever tried to order from. They are either out off this or no longer have that..and they are the rudest of all drive thrus in Newnan.
The 3 for 3.49 was good and hot, but the new shrimp and tenders dinner not hard shrimp and NO COLESLAW AS I REQUESTED
The food was not good , I got one tender and order of fries and they put them in same box and the fries were old and few and burned and customer service was not friendly or caring
Start over again. we drove 45 minutes to eat churches in Newnan GA.$26.18 . Drove home and our 2 breasts ,3 thighs slaw and corn turned into 3 legs 1ribcage with skin and no meat and 1 thigh. no slaw no corn. only thing correct was taters and gravy and fries. Never, never again!!!
Got home I didn't have my biscuits. I heard others people say they didn't get there's. They have there phone fixed so you can't call them.
Manager was very rude when asked about having an instore pickup area for delivery drivers. This is a very busy store and it is normally a 20 minute wait to pick up a delivery. I know the workers here are doing their best. The flow of the restaurant would be a lot better if delivery drivers aren't waiting in line with people who have yet to order.
Ordering food was no problem. I ordered 10 piece mixed, one Mashed potato and one Mac & cheese with 6 biscuits My spouse and I waited 20 minutes, patiently. Everything went smooth until the customer service that we received from a (Casey)Tracy, so he claimed that was his name. I'm sure his name is alot harsher. The young man that seemed like he just got out of prison and is mad at life comes out with his pants hanging. As if he's in a gang, with a terrible disposition and attitude. I was skeptical to ask him if I can get some honey. I figured it was worth a shot since I just spent close to 30 dollars. He proceeds to tell me. I have to go through the drive thru. I said I can't meet you at the door. He proceeds to just walk in. My spouse was under the impression that he was coming to the door. As he was getting the two honey out of 6 biscuits we received. My spouse asked would we be able to get more. He told us no and it is what it is. Terrible and deplorable service. I will be contacting someone higher. The customer next to me was complaining regarding his behavior as well.
This location the night I visited was out of the Christmas Krispy/by seamed chicken which is what I wanted they were also out of Sweet t and coleslaw
