I went into the store and went through the line only for them not to give me my food because I did not have a card but only cash. The order was 11.15 I was willing to give 12 and they keep the change .VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU SHOULD CLOSE THE MOMENT YOU STOP SERVING CUSTOMERS. Not put them in a box because you took the register out 1 hour early from closing time. Never coming here again and will stop family and friends from coming.
Always a absolute horrible visit to this location. Not only is the lobby always hideous and trash everywhere but they Never have sautéed bell peppers or brown rice prepared. Plus welcoming and pleasant customer service is non existent. I will NEVER spend a hard earned penny of mine in this location in Newnan ???????
Just picked up my online order from this location and my burrito bowl is only about 60-70% full. I was totally skimped on all of my ingredients. Very disappointing.
The day the Newnan location opened I reviewed it mentioning that there were no salt and pepper shakers or packets for customers. It blows my mind that this is still a problem today… YEARS later. How hard is this to fix?You don’t always need more seasoning but the inconsistently seasoned meat proves it needs to be there… at least salt. There’s little worse than an awesome Chipotle burrito that you can barely taste because a particular batch of chicken isn’t salted enough and there is none available. Stings even worse when you think about the price. At first I thought it was a simple oversight for a new location that forgot to order salt and pepper shakers for their grand opening… but it continued to be like that for months until my brother officially complained. Even then, they only added a single set of salt and pepper shakers for the entire dining area. That’s certainly better than nothing but it doesn’t help with take-out and the single salt shaker inevitably ends up at someone else’s occupied table. You have to wonder why they didn’t order a few more like other Chipotle locations. It has now been years and I’ve run into those predictable problems several times. When that happens they’d typically give me kitchen salt in a cup, which I appreciate. Still, how hard would it be to simply fix the problem for good by buying a few more salt shakers or putting packets at the condiment bar?How can such a simple and cheap problem to fix persist after three years? I’m tempted to buy them a box of packets and a couple extra shakers myself the next time I’m at Restaurant Depot. It really is getting ridiculous. Shame on them.Last night, it came to a head when I walked over an hour to get there only to find that they were out of fajita veggies, out of cheese, and the single salt shaker they usually had was totally missing (not at any table or the condiment bar). If these were supply chain issues, I’d understand, …but it was just because they were closing within the hour (still had the better part). No biggie… right? I just got beans instead of veggies, lettuce instead of cheese, and asked for salt from the kitchen… only to be told “no.” The guy trying to get me salt was sent back empty-handed after someone back there told him “no.” I wasn’t willing to accept that without a good explanation because I’d already made enough compromises, came way too far, and paid way too much for a burrito I wasn’t even going to enjoy.I insisted that they’ve given me kitchen salt before and demanded to know why they couldn’t accommodate my simple request again. They told me they threw the salt away, which made no sense unless they were talking about the missing salt shaker. I clarified that I was asking for a pinch from their kitchen but they still said they could not give me salt.I knew they still had kitchen salt for the next batch of chicken. I told them that I wasn’t willing to accept that and I didn’t appreciate being lied to so another employee darted to the back for salt. Just in time too: I didn’t get a receipt but I was about to insist on a refund if I couldn’t get salt.I overheard the first guy explaining to the second that he was told “no” when he tried to get me salt, so it wasn’t their fault. That would be the fault of whoever made that call from the kitchen. Whether that’s a manager or not, the entire years-long situation is from unresponsive management failing to meet the most basic of expectations for a restaurant.I wish I had the opportunity to speak with whoever refused my request (probably a manager) so that we could address this bizarre shortcoming with his particular restaurant once and for all. I shouldn’t have to since I personally know several people who have complained about the same thing over the years. It’s truly ridiculous that it wasn’t fixed long ago. This isn’t a “Michael Bloomberg banning NYC table salt” situation here, and even then you can still ask for it. Even if the fix were not embarrassingly cheap and easy, it’s literally a restaurant industry standard. Get with the program.
Night shift is usually great, but afternoon shift continues to disappoint. An 8 dollar burrito should not be able to completely fit in your palm. Half scoops on everything, even the rice... I love chipotle but after this last experience I am yet again very let down, as there is no way these “cost cutting” measures are justifiable given the prices of items on the menu. It seems that this is a common problem at this location based on reviews, and obviously it is an issue with the staff as night shift delivers a quality product they I enjoy getting as opposed to the lunch shift who, for the majority of the time, disappoints.
Absolutely horrible experience at this Chipotle. The first thing we saw when we arrived was an extremely overflowing trash can spilling onto the floor. They were out of almost everything. Rude staff with poor customer service. Filthy countertop with seemingly no regard for cross contamination. We ordered two fountain drinks, and there were empty drink dispensers that looked dirty. No ice, no straws, and no napkins. We will never be back.
There are two handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The building is brand new and extremely clean. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food products sold in this restaurant. The food is made to order with you having to tell the employee what foods you want and don't want on your praticular order. When you compare this Mexican food to authentic Mexican food there is a great difference. This food has been Americanized. Overall, the food here is expensive but the best Mexican-American food you can buy.
I decided to give this location another chance today and ordered online. My veggie burrito bowl was basically bean soup. Super small portion of everything and was missing ingredients. The ingredients I did have were swimming in the soup. I now have to spend money somewhere else to eat tonight. I haven’t been to this location in a couple years. I finally tried a chipotle restaurant again a few weeks ago at the Woodstock location and was pleasantly surprised. I have come to the conclusion that this location is awful and swore me off of Chipotle as a whole for 2+ years. I wish I took a picture but I just had to throw it all out.
3/2/22 was the worst experience I have ever had at this Chipotle location. I placed a catering order on March the 1st to be picked up March 2nd. When my employee arrived to pickup the order, she was told that the order was cancelled and that they do not have the capability to fill the order since they had customers currently in there. When asked who cancelled it they stated they could not tell. She was provided a customer service number that did not work. I went up there to see what happened the following day and the manager couldn’t even face me to explain what happened. I called the refund hotline number the chipotle employee gave me on Thursday when the order posted to my account and was told that she would email me the result of my dispute and it is now 3/7 and still no response or reasoning for them not filling my order. Now I’m trying to get my $216 back from the company a week later and still no explanation as to why my money was taken if they did not fill the order. If it was truly cancelled how the invoice post to my account? That’s considered theft to me. Now Corp is telling me that they have to get approval to refund me my money. I will never spend anymore money at chipotle ever again. If I could have given this location no stars I would have.
I work next to this chipotle and I come back most of the time to give them plenty of second chances. I understand the industry. I know things happen. However, on several occasions they are never prepared. No veggies for my veggie bowl. I usually have to ask them if they can make more. This has already happened four times. I do hope I can come back and write a better review.
