I’m extremely annoyed. Every time I order a salad from this location (it’s really one of the only things I order) something is left out of the bag. Sometimes it’s the tortilla strips. Sometimes it’s the pepitas, sometimes it’s my drinking straw. Today they forgot MY DRESSING. I work during the day. I rely on their delivery system to bring me lunch because I can’t leave the office. How am I supposed to eat a salad with no dressing? I can forgive the other accoutrements but the dressing? I feel like this location has gone down hill due to their customer volume and I know staff can’t do much about that but what they can do is SLOW DOWN when bagging the food up. It takes 2 seconds to cross reference the receipt with what’s in the bag before packing it up for delivery or handing it to the customer through the drive thru window. So… I guess I won’t be eating my lunch today. Mind you I work 12 hour shifts. Love that for me.
I almost didn’t eat here because I’ve had issues with the food quality before and the drive through line is complicated, but it was on the way home and I thought, why not? Bad decision. After 35 minutes in line and getting cut in front of twice (because the signage for how the line wraps around the building twice is lacking or people don’t care), apparently this location deemed 5 normal nuggets and 3 extremely small breading bits as acceptable for an 8 count nugget. This was not Chick-Fil-A standards. The ONLY good thing was the Mac-N-Cheese. I will drive to Poplar or PTC next time I want Chick-Fil-A. Lesson learned.
Might want to check food before giving it to customers. My daughter had chicken minis with the smallest nuggets I’ve ever seen (and she never complains). My chicken bowl also had more egg and less chicken or hash brown rounds (see my photo posted on their website; they did not fill the bowl & I had not taken a bite yet). ? Couldn’t go back because of school drop off.
Amazing, as usual! I can't remember a time when they messed our order up and we've been going since we lived in VA in the mid-1990's.Everthing is hot and made to order. If you want something changed, they will do it and not one ounce of complaining. Other fast foods need to take lessons on customer etiquette/service from them.And, don't forget their Iced Tea...I get a gallon of unsweetened tea each time I go so I don't run out! Please DO NOT ever take away the fresh brewed iced tea!!! I ❤️ it!!Deb

All I can say service is great......Getting thru parking lot is a hassle. Handi cap parking is terrible for the elderly. Because you almost get run over. Can't even get thru parking area without running over cones
One of the worst experiences at Chick-fil-A. 4 people in front of us. Took over 10 minutes to take our order. Fries burned and cold. Pickles, well, they never cannot stack them on top of each other. This store may have been taken over by McDonald's employees!
Last minute late night order for the family after the movies. Everything was correct. Just missing 1 lemonade.
Of course there's nothing like a Chick-fil-A sandwich but when they put the employee outside to take your order it just slows the drive through down so bad but yet they think it's a great thing. That it's more personable. Or some people just don't like that and I don't and I won't be back
