Food was excellent as usual but do not like the set up of this particular location. 100% caters to drive thru customers to the point that HANDICAP PARKING was intentionally BLOCKED by customers waiting to get food that was not ready when arrived at window. Noticed Employees bringing food out to these customers. Not sure where handicapped person was suppose to park....or maybe they prefer they just use the drive thru too?
I recently came to this location for a carry out. A was asked by a truck driver, do you think this is a long wait, I said no. This location is always fast and pretty accurate with the order. He was impressed. Though crowded, we both were in and out. This location is often on point. Great customer service ?
Used to be one of my favorite places and I am a huge CFA fan, but this place has become one of the two slowest restaurants around. They are dreadfully slow and last time it took 10 minutes just to get a nugget combo curbside when there was nobody else in line. The drive thru line is also habitually slow. This has been the case for a few months now, and they used to be the fastest CFA in town. Quality is suffering too (like drinks that are covered with coke / lemonade / tea all over the outside, missing utensils or condinents, etc.). I don't know what changed but this location doesn't represent the CFA standards I'm used to as a customer.
Poplar Rd location. Food was good but place was filthy. Floors were covered in food and napkins under tables, and tables needed cleaning. Lots of kids working and clowning around when they could have been sweeping and wiping tables.
My wife and I have been getting chicken biscuits for breakfast here since it opened. They've usually always been good, but the last several times our biscuits have been undercooked and doughy, and we only get breakfast about every 6-8 weeks. That was the case again this morning, 5/30/22. I'm giving it 3 stars because lunch has always been good, and the service is always exceptional. But we are done with getting breakfast. Too many undercooked biscuits for us, but we will still get lunch.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I went through the drive through. The line was long. As always, the line moved quickly and I was able to get my food. This location does good business because it is right across the street from the hospital. All of the employees were polite and courteous and all of the areas I could see were clean. I've visited this location numerous times. I will continue to give Chick-fil-A my business.
Quick tip if u order from mobile app chose curbside pick up. Faster than going through the drive-through line to pick it up. Also raceway gas station across the street is super clean bathrooms
Come here when I pass through Newnan every week. Food is always hot and served real fast! Highly recommended if you're staying near the hospital as well. Only wish they had more Chick-fil-A sauce in stock..
Order is usually correct minus dressings/sauces.. I have to get better checking that before leaving. Order-to-car is fast for curbside and drive thru unless folks in front of you slow down the employee in drive thru. Picking up inside is usually fast and almost always a correct order. Delivery is a 50/50. I only select this option for fam & friends visiting from out of town. I'm going to stop the delivery option for now on. Always friendly staff while there. Building and landscaping are nice.
Chick-fil-A has a gap where if you order breakfast before 1030am but you don't arrive before 1030am, your order is canceled.I sat in a curbside spot for 20 minutes because the app said my order was being prepared. At 1050am, I went inside and they confirmed that my order was canceled so I ordered lunch instead. It would have been helpful if the app told me that my order was canceled sothat I didn't waste 20 minutes.
