the food was just fine ..but wow 5.58 for a large ice tea.. that's a high price .
So many fast food restaurants are not even worth my time or hard earned money, but Captain D’s has managed to keep my trust. This location is always efficient and accurate with my order. I always get the sauce I ask for and napkins. No longer the case with other fast food. My food is hot and fresh. Only one time did the fish taste a little undercooked but this was not the norm. They have a variety of fresh condiments to choose from for dine-in. Bring your food to your table. Clean. Will keep returning. Other establishments will find it difficult to win me back. Been burned too many times. Stay strong, Captain D’s. The American people need you!
DONT GO HERE. the managers are disrespectful and very rude !! i got a doordash order and they left off my kids chicken tenders and fries. then when i called them to see if i could get one made since they DIDNT give me the meal i paid for. they then started yelling at me telling me that they had been there for 15 years and that they quality check their door dash bags. this wasn't a big deal at all i just needed the food that i paid for , but then the managers kept yelling at me and telling me to listen to them and that they put the food in the bag. i will NEVER go here again. they finally gave up and made my order that i had already paid for and told me that i was still wrong and that they put in in the bag. the managers are not good at communicating with customers and don't deserve to call theirselves managers !
Since the pandrmic, the grilled fish is not cooked enough, often soggy and crunchy broccoli along with long waits at the drive thru. Tonight very undercooked fish, this is ridiculous, happened several times in the evening. I'm gonna stop coming here. This fish doesn't smell right. I vote you get rid of this night time manager, he is in not capable.
I have been eating there for years with few problems. Tonight my fish tasted raw in the middle. Not flaky at all , just warm and mushy . A lady behind me had the same. problem . Spoke with a manager , She said they could substitute catfish but would charge extra . My friend had the catfish and had paid a ew cents more . They charged me 2.97 more . After showing the manager both receipts , she refunded me 1.50 . IMO the manager ws very unfriendly and very un business like .
South Long John Silvers. Pretty good. Picture showed alot of food. Got the food.. not alot. Got the one fish and shrimp combo.
Did a quick drive through this location. It was good and fast.
Captain Ds used to be one of my favorite places for good food at affordable prices but that is not the case anymore. Captain D's seems to be following along with so many other restaurants in letting the food quality go down. The person that took my order acted as if I had kept her something special, you could tell she did not want to be there. I had the dozen shrimp and fish plate which was ok but the shrimp had a little of an unusual taste and was bland. The fish was ok. There was not any of the malt vinegar so I had to go back and request packets.They seemed to have plenty of staff but not many customers.I miss the way things used to be where food quality was important.
Always fast and always friendly and very helpful. Little expensive for lunch but worth it.
Inside where the condiments are and where you get your own drinks needs some cleaning . Everything else was good
