Terrible service, long drive through wait, and when my order was wrong the dining room was locked so I couldn't get the order fixed. I won't ever go back to this Burger King.
The food was ok...just was not hot! Drive-thru was ok...need better customer service. Overall, it was just ok.
Just tried to order. Put someone taking orders up that does not know how to take orders. Stood in line 15 minutes had to walk out. Person that had just got order said GOOD LUCK getting your order placed. Gee weez people.
My 1st cheeseburger was made incorrectly...it came with mustard and mayo instead of ketchup & mayo. So we took it back in and they did fix it..only too 10 minutes for a lousy cheeseburger but they did fix it. The cheese was not melty & the burger was cold but with a 10 minute wait for the fix I settled for the pathetic replacement since my husbands meal was getting cold. The fries were also cold when we got the order the 1st time so it will be a long time before we stop at this location for a long time.....the location at the Sharpsburg Publix Plaza. Just go elsewhere!!
Thank you Burger King for being the only fast food close to Sharpsburg is open past 9:00 now. Always has great food but employees at night could learn how to be nicer it's not our fault that they have to work

This store is usually very busy, but although it usually wrapped around the building the wait time is about 2mins, they maintain quality and consistency. Thanks for good food and even better service. The manager Hannah is very patient and very polite.
The lady at the front was very rude there ,snappy was a group of girls that just starred at me at laughed. I feel like there is a lot of drama that goes on with these groups of girls they are very rude.
Very slow for a Whopper meal and 4 regular cheeseburgers. There were no alterations. But when I got it, the food is exactly what we expected in taste and was hot/fresh.
Girl was extremely rude working the drive thru tonight. I will never go back here
