The service was decent considering it was busy and they seem to be short staffed. The lady at the first window, was extremely sweet. At first they almost forgot to give me my second drink and looked at me crazy when I asked for it but it was sitting ready right on the counter in front of the staff. I checked my food to make sure everything was there but I guess I should have inspected it further. The mozzarella sticks were so cold, the cheese was super hard. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich. Got home and my sandwich consisted of a chicken patty and nothing else. Nothing “deluxe” about it and the chicken was soaked in grease but still not fresh. I get the fast food industry is having many issues with staffing, etc. However, people should still get what they pay for.

Normally at this Burger King I have no issues and have great customer service, but today on 4/24/22 at 11:30am was a different story. I was in the drive through line in the first lane with a couple cars in front and beside me. In the second lane there were a couple cars that ended up passing me out of order not once but multiple times and ened up sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. Once I finally got to order my food, the lady “Amy” taking my order asked for my name, and I replied back “Matt M A T T” knowing I have a Slight speak impediment and could come out as Nat. Her response was “ Thanks Matt, I couldn’t have spelled it without you” in a very rude and demeaning tone. I can see now why they have been looking for new hire. I just hope she gets the proper training from knowing this information. I know things can be busy or you might have some real stuff going on in your life, but working in a customer service job and Not being at your best upmost self can lead to very bad customer service. Not only from the employee side but from a company side as well. I hope burger king takes action and gives Amy the proper education and training she needs for the future customers sake.

This facility was was outstanding in customer service...no standing around, all about business. Working well together, no attitudes! They also followed the protocols for covid. Cleaning etc. Our food was fresh and hot. Great for a fast food restaurant ??. It would be nice if all BK's operations worked that well.

Worst Burger King. Waited 15 minutes in drive through with only one person in front of me. Looks like they forgot about the second lane. Then confirmed order with the person. I asked for the receipt and they said I would get it at second window. Ends up they missed items in my order and asked me to go around and reorder in the line I just sat 15 minutes in. Won't be going back to that one ever.

The service was fine considering they were busy. The food was awful. New huge pickles ruined the fish sandwiches and the rotten, wilted lettuce on the chicken made it inedible. We won't return to this location.

Was a little slow through the drive through. Had the chocolate shake. Very sweet but the consistency was good.

I am highly disappointed at the customer service here. The website says that Burger King Ashley Park closes at 12 Midnight. I pulled in at 11:20 PM and others cars pulled in behind me. I waited in a decently long line, but not terribly bad, but the service was EXTREMELY slow. I waited over 30 minutes to get to the call box at 11:53 only to be told sorry, we are closed. The 4 or so cars behind me were told the same thing, but ALL the cars in front of me except one were served. Mind you it is still not 12. Workers saw us waiting in this long line and some even came outside, but did not give the decency to tell us it would be closed so we could have at least saved wasted time and go home or somewhere else. I even said the time they know we had waited and they didn’t care but only said sorry. This apology is absolutely unacceptable and this service most certainly is.

Last night 12/18/21 11:00 pm, I was sold two double whopper meals. We decided to eat in the parking lot and both burgers was refrigerator cold. They didn’t even have the courtesy to warm the old, stale burgers up! Don’t spend your money at this location!

Staff was super nice and service was fast!
