Friendly atmosphere. Boho boneless wings were okay. I’d rather the traditional bone ?

These guys just ROCK. We are pretty much regulars here and these guys never fail to treat us great. Kayla killed it tonight, we are always coming back.
they had drink special... shot for $4. when we got bill they were $8.80. I talked to waiter and he said there was nothing he could do because they were doubles. when I ordered we asked for 2 of the special shots. he didn't get a tip and we will never go back.
My food came out 10 minutes before my wife’s food. She asked for mustard and we never got it. He never refilled our water glasses or even asked if we needed refills.
We ordered wings for Super Bowl night three days prior to the game. I picked up the wings at the requested timeframe and took them home. At home I discovered none of the wings had sauce or dry rubs on them. The restaurant put the sauces and dry rubs in plastic cups for us to toss them ourselves. It felt like ordering wings with assembly required. Lazy. Unprofessional. I will never return.
I ordered takeout. There is always a long wait to get my food and I went when the app said it would be ready. I got wings but they had no sauce. Sauce was in the side. Ordered pretzels and they were way over cooked and hard as a rock. Returned them to get some more and the manager didn't say a word. Not even an apology.. my last time going there. That was the 3rd time I have had problems there.

I gave 1 star for the boneless wings because they were good, but cold. Sadly, the only reason they were cold is because no one helped me with my order! I was even told by one girl working there I couldn't go around the counter and get them myself so I stood and watched my order sitting on a counter for 15 min, from the time I walked in to the time I left. In between that time, several others showed up for there mobile order. Everyone I flagged down or anyone else flagged down refused to help. Mobile orders are customers too, not just dine in customers. Frustrated, after 25 min I finally just got the order myself and walked off. Ridiculous and frustrated. Won't be back to this location and would not recommend to anyone I know.
We went for the BOGO Tuesday Wings. The wings were actually delicious. The young lady who was our server seemed really good. We waited about 20 minutes for our 1st drink much longer to get our food. When the food finally came out the fried were cold. Getting a refill took a long time. In my opinion our server had way to many table too take care of. Maybe they were short staffed like everyone else. Loss of two stars because of management.
