When I walked up to the counter, I had to wait a while before I was even acknowledged. However, when I pulled into my parking spot, I noticed they quickly took someone else's order, a white couple that had a dog. They young ladies were cleaning up, so I asked were they closed and they still continued to ignore me. One lady even looked me in my eye and continued to ignore me. It was to the point another young man that was behind me ended up leaving. One lady after a while finally took my order. but this type of service is unacceptable. I understand they were close to closing time, but at least say, "We will be with you in a moment".
Ice cream is good but every time I come here it’s a different teenager with a snottier attitude than the last. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, always tip well and say okay and thank you but these kids are clearly miserable with life and it makes me never want to go there again. Never received friendly service at this location
Ordered a turtle sundae but they had run out of pecans! The great shortage of 2022 continues. Friendly staff and great ice cream, but ran out of supplies around 6:30pm on a Saturday night.
I don't know what the problem was last night, but the line kept switching from one service window to the other for what appeared to be no reason. There may have been one that we weren't told about, but it did cause some confusion and contention between some f the customers.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream. Newnan. Located just off of Hwy 34 close to Exit 47 from I-85. Location slightly hidden from the main road, but your google maps/GPS wil take you there. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Nice open outdoor seating for a warm sunny day. Good choice of ice cream and shakes. Polite and friendly staff. Price compares well with other ice cream stores. In the end, everyone likes a nice ice cream on a warm day.

The better than ice cream on a hot summer day with family there's a family member that got left behind but after finding the notice that now makes it stay possible can't see us leaving him behind anymore. Guess who was left behind?
