I have a love hate relationship with Bojangles. I prefer their biscuits in the morning but depending on the day or who is running the drive through either they don't have the 2 biscuit mean or it costs twice what it should. I hadn't been back after the way I was treated last time. But the lady taking orders was able to find and tell me that the meal was at a fine price. But we will see what I find next time. Thanks
Service at the drive thru was very slow. Received my food and the sausage biscuit was cold and hard the tots was cold, the chicken was hard to bite. Only good thing was the sweet tea. Never will I go back.
My son and I went in at 8:17pm on 1/22/2022. I first noticed the hot bar behind the counter was empty and clean. There was a 55 gallon trash can pushed up blocking the register on the employee side. An employee walked up and pulled the trash can away. I asked what time they closed because I’m not one that comes in at the last moment to eat. The employee never looked at me. The whole time she was cutting her eyes and, again, never looked at me nor did she answer. I asked her again and she painfully managed to say 9pm. Sounded like “ni”. I stood there for at least 20 seconds and didn’t say anything. She stood there rolling her eyes and never said anything. We turned and left without ordering.She won, that night. The only thing she said the entire time was “9pm”. Verbally, at least. She said plenty physically. It wasn’t a case of being short staffed. There wasn’t anyone inside or in the drive-thru. She is just a rude person.Note: I always enjoy the food.
Walked in on a snowy day and place was very well kept, customer service was Great. Manager Greeted us upon arrival, super nice to experience in a “Fast Food” restaurant during the days were living in now. Food was Fresh!
Normally this location is very good but it seems the quality has gone down. When we came in the food they had was sitting in the warmer for a very long time before we got it. Nothing was fresh.
In the only car here... ask for steak biscuit.. get sausage... ask for cheese with grits.. plain with something else in it... heard the hype.. just don't see it...

This is the chicken sandwich BLT version, $5.99 for half a piece of burnt bacon, tuft of lettuce, and tomato fraction. As if this weren’t bad enough, the whole thing was cold. I will not be returning. Also, the fries are rarely fresh when I happen to order from this location. Last time when I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, the staff member refused and told me I had to purchase an entire seasoning bottle.
Addicted to their Ham Biscuits! Heavenly! Their other food is great too, sausage, egg, cheese. Their fried chicken is wonderful as well.
Some of the best fried chicken around! I usually buy a one breast dinner for myself, but today I bought an eight piece box for my family. It was hot fresh and plenty of food for the price. I'll do it again for a quick and hearty meal.
