Ordered a steak quesadilla for lunch, almost 10$ and did not have very much steak in it. Outside of flour shell was not cooked well. I would not order from this restaurant again.
Arrived at this location at 7:45 on a Saturday. The door was locked with people inside and the guy behind the counter yelled saying that they were closed. I have a hard time believing that, as the door said 9pm and Google said 8:30pm.This was my first time trying this place and I will not be back due to the lack of service. Guessing the guy behind the counter had a hot date.
I came here to grab some dinner & the staff doesn’t greet you when you walk in. They just stare at you, not even a smile. Once it’s your turn they don’t ask what you would like or anything. They just wait for you to say something first. They looked like they were ready to be off their shift by the way they were moving all sluggish & stuff. The prep area looked disgusting. They’re such messy workers. Food was all over the place when they were making my bowl & I had second thoughts on how it was gonna taste or if I was gonna get food poisoning. Half of their meats were already empty and they didn’t look like they planned to make any more for the day unfortunately. I got my food and went to my truck to eat & sadly the steak was so tough and over cooked I couldn’t even eat it with my lettuce or cheese. I had to throw the whole bowl away. I wasted my money & I wasn’t very happy about it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at 5-7pm bc they are ready to go & could care less about customers coming in after those hours. Be smart, go somewhere else to eat because this location isn’t the place to be. If they would hire better staff with a great work ethic then maybe I would change my review until then I wish I could give ZERO.

I go to Barberitos at least once a week because the food is great. However, I would consider hiring a new staff. Almost all employees seem miserable and don’t even say Hello or smile before taking your order. The service is always very disappointing.
In addition to the horrible food, the service was awful as well. Pico de gallo looked as if was remnants of the salsa from the salsa bar. None of the employees had on Barberito’s attire. Wasn’t sure if they were employees or not until they asked what would like to get today. By far the worst Barberitos I’ve ever been too!
This place has gone so far down hill! Used to love it but had a bad experience a while back. Swore I’d never go back, but decided to try it again. Even worse this time! The workers couldn’t have been any more rude and place was disgusting. Don’t waste your time!
The food is pretty good but the service at our last visit was really poor. The guy behind the counter was very annoyed that my wife asked for her nachos to be toasted. (Um, Nachos are supposed to have melted cheese are they not?) Another employee was on his laptop in the dining area and was brushing his teeth at the table. Also, another employee on the phone behind the food counter. Overall not a good experience.
Placed an in person order for four meals. At the register, five meals were rung up. I didn't catch the error until I was home. I called and left a message but never received a response. So, someone somewhere should enjoy a steak burrito on me.
I love going to eat here great food and the services is great too
