Horrible experience! Roaches and the employee acted like she didn't see it run from the drink machine.
The call for ordering pickup today was very bad. And I order over the phone and pay when picking up all the time. And this time whoever was doing the calls didn't know what to do and said we have to order everything in person. Ridiculous!
Fries were wet and soggy, chicken wings were cooked well when i called in to order i asked for dry crispy, they were wet and pink on the inside. I will never AGAIN....
I walked in today to place a order and waited. Three people came in after me and got there order before I got mine. Sorry service!
The ladies working here are super friendly and awesome. The space is clean and tidy. Menu is not overwhelming and easy to read. Prices are good. And lastly, food is SO GOOD. And you get a loooot. Hot wings are the best you'll find. Absolutely recommend.
This is my go to wing spot. I ordered Teriyaki wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. They were so on point. I didn't have to ask for wet or anything and they were fried to perfection. Love this American Deli.

New to town, I've frequent this place for last two years, and let's just say the level of professionalism has gone down within year. I think employees should be properly trained on how to greet customers with a warm, welcoming, and professional tone, both in person and on the phone. They should never overtalk the customers but actively listen, and then repeat orders for accuracy. Also, no background music should ever drown out the customers especially on the phone. I recently experienced terrible customer service here. Come on, let's do better business owners. Train your employees and implement policies that enforce these standards.
Customer service could improve, but the food is great.
The lady who took the order was really friendly and nice. The food was average but since the price was decent it was good!
