When originally visiting we paid for our food but then was told there was no fillets. Instead of refunding, we were give 6 days to pick up our already paid for food. When returning to pick up the food we were told that they were not taking orders in the drive thru because the system was down however we noticed customers coming out of the store with food. After going inside, and asking why were were not advised that we could order inside? Their response was “Because we don’t” while the remaining workers laughed. This is by far one of the worst Zaxby locations I have ever visited! Order was incorrect and food was cold! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!
I will be back! Granted I went at before 11am and so that is probably why I had no issues (I was the only person in the drive thru line, there were a few cars parked). My food was delicious and hot and right. Did not take long. Thank you.UPDATE: I went during lunch hour and still had the same experience. I had to wait in the parking lot for my food and they did not take too long. They were very nice and professional and got me my drink when it was forgotten. I will DEFINITELY be back!
I ordered a salad at 9:25 pm. The web said it's ready to pick up at 9:37 Pm. I went to the restaurant, and all doors were closed. I went to the drive-through, and they said my order wasn't in; they told me that I would have to come back tomorrow morning to pick it up. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't. I feel like they scammed me. If I want my food in the morning, I wouldn't order it at night. It kind of doesn't make sense to me.
30 min wait. They had more workers then I’ve ever seen anywhere in fast food besides Chick-fil-A . I was second in line to order inside. Line outside was not crazy. I blame managers and lack of time management skills. Food was good but one of the excuses was waiting on grilled chicken. That chicken I got didn’t just come off the grill I can promise you that. They gave me attitude when I informed them of the time. A whole lot of workers doing nothing.
I asked specifically for hot fries and the girl said they are ALWAYS hot. When we got our meal, I told her they were lukewarm and she mumbled sorry and walked away!! And the Coke machine was broken. May very well be my last trip to a Zaxby's.
Usually I wouldn’t say anything but today is really sad.. they drive through wait time is unbelievable slow. Kids horse playing in the window not taking their jobs seriously. You have a order and you want to get in and out.. come inside
First time here and it was amazing! Chicken was juicy and the Cole slaw was delicious! If you live in a area where they have these I'm jealous. Recommend 10 out of 10
Worse experience I have ever had at Zaxby's. My wings were cold and over cooked. I love Zaxby's, but I might not be going back to this location ever.
Ridiculously understaffed and wait time is ridiculous. This place has to change to stay in business. My second time in a week and things have not changed. I walked out the first time. I am about to do same now. 50 minutes to order chicken fingers for my daughter? No excuse.
The food quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. It tastes like the recipe has changed, I don't like the new seasoning.
