I have been very happy with Wok's service and menu for the last ten years until yesterday. Orderd Honey Sesame Chicken and without notice it was changed from white meat to dark.Other item that was ordered was not up to their normal standards.Food didnot taste the same andI wasn't not happy about throwing my food in the trash.Will not be going back.
Use to really like the food here. Up until a few months ago I was living in Charlotte NC and had not visited Wok in over 3 years.Came back to find that they are doing the same thing that other Chinese restaurants in the area are doing.....cheating their customers!!During my last two visits I had a real hard time finding any chicken in my fried rice or lomein.If your looking for Chinese food and don't want to be cheated I recommend Dragon Garden on 138 in Stockbridge.....short ride from Wok.
I cannot recommend this place. I ordered some bourbon chicken that tasted like it had been reheated a few times, it was obviously old.
I’ve been coming here for years. Most of the time I get barbecue wings and fried rice. It taste so good. The taste has been consistent every single time. Service is fast. I never had an issue with this establishment.
Been eating here for years. My food is always fresh and never a long wait when I call ahead. The ONLY egg drop soup I eat! I do feel bad for the ONE person that works the phones, drive thru and the front counter.
First time tasting Wok’s fried rice was from my son, it tasted ok needed a lil salt and a lil pepper w their fried rice. So I tried my own today and again it was good. I give this place a thumbs up this Asian Wok almost taste like the STL RICE. It does have a very small soapy taste.
When I use to come here about a year ago when I lived closer the food was sooo amazing. I’m not sure what happened but I was highly disappointed by the quality of the food. The crab wontons were good as usual but the fried rice tasted old. Also, the cashier at the front was not friendly at all.
Horrible service. Placed a delivery order with specific instructions for a specific time for a specific reason. The restaurant nor the driver followed the instructions given. Arrived 15 - 20 minutes early at my daughter's school. Subsequently, my child did not receive her food as she was still in class when the driver arrived. The Grubhub driver was extremely rude to my daughter (a child) and said "too bad, I've waited too long". My daughter got yelled by a school administrator for answering her phone during school and was crying, but the driver did not care. The number the driver called from went straight to a voicemail and then hung up. I called the restaurant to advise them on what happened and see how it could be resolved. The man who answered the phone was also rude and didn't care. In fact he said, "no, no your food was picked up, not our fault" and hung up.I have never eaten there, but my daughter was excited to. Never will I give them any of my money or my business. Very poor service. Very rude and dismissive when issues arise. I would not ever recommend this restaurant to any one.
No picture. First time ordering. Didn't really know what to order. Got the Chicken Fun Noodle. Get to the window to find out they had no soy sauce and only gave 2 duck sauce packets, asked for more and only gave 3 for a medium size dish. Dish was dry and disappointing with taste! I had to add my own sauces for flavor and kill the dryness. Will not be eating here again!!!
Had the general tso chicken, egg fried rice, fried potstickers and two spring rolls for $15. The food was hot and the price isn’t bad either.
