I thought this would be a great place to phone in my order and then pick up since I work literally across the street. I got the ten pc wings - medium - ranch dressing - sweet tea. Price was almost $15. When phoning in my order, my first clue should have been the lady answering and taking orders was unpleasant, unhelpful, didn't want to answer any questions and was borderline rude. Placed my order anyway. Order was ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes, so that part was a plus. They are fast. That's the only thing they have going for them. The food tasted horrible. The wings were the smallest I have ever seen and ate. And, oh my god, the sweet tea must have been at least a week old. AWFUL. Definitely not worth the money. Will NEVER eat there againl.
Once upon a time this place was good. I called today and an the Asian woman couldn't answer 2 questions about the menu and hung up the phone frustrated without provocation. Upon arrival we Only placed one order. A10pc and fries. We received like 15 fries... I'm flabbergasted. These lil wings are tasty but really? I understand times are hard but I pay the cost and if you can't keep the doors open by all means close them. When I called nicely just to make someone aware and ask if portions changed I was met with a lil girls' nasty attitude and excuses instead of an apology. 7 years and I will NOT be back.
Service was good, flavor okay, price not bad...but the Jumbo in their Jumbo Shrimps is a lie...mostly bread
I arrived when WingNutz first open. That means food should hot and ready easily. No no i ordered mild wings and a two piece tilapia fish. It took 35min to get my food and when i did get it the fish was old looking and cold. I can’t make this up you guys. They have indoor seating but it’s duct taped up. They also have a drink machine on the outside but no refills. just look at the pictures.. And the healing score says it all. I asked for a refund in the end. Do not recommend this place.
These are the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. Half the size of a regular wing and full price huh? Baby wings. Avoid baby wings at all cost.

I spent $43.96 in this place. I ordered 3 wing platters and 1 seafood platter. I asked for 2 ranch dressings and one blue cheese. They gave me 3 renches dressings. I sent my granddaughter to get another blue cheese. She refused to give it to her. I went in and she stood me down to say she gave it to us and would not give me my blue cheeseI went back to the truck and brought the 3 ranches to her. Then she said well thay make mistske because they are the same color. She took the unopened ranch and replace it with blue cheese and put the other ranch dressing back In with her batch of dressing. That's nasty.
I didn’t purchase anything had a funny smell. Couldn’t smell the aroma of food.
The owner/many Or whatever she was Vietnamese I don't know very nasty attitude.I told her I wanted to see my food and she pushed it to me instead of opening it like they normally do. I guess she got mad because I told her I don't want them wet because of the fee that they charged and she instantly got an attitude. I'm done. Food doesn't taste the same anyway
i used to love eating here but since december 2021 i have been coming here once every week and the rice has always been very over cooked and the fries are not even edible
