Drive thru back up and slow. Ordered 2 combo meals. Cashier gave me wrong sodas when asked for the right flavor she decline to take back what she originally gave and in return gave me a one smaller cup and she was not able to give me the other. Nuggets were very hard, uneatadable. Waste of money.Will not return.
This Wendy’s is horrible I only went to this location because of my three year old grandson I went through drive thru repeated my order five times a kids meal chicken nugget meal and a extra four piece it was not that hard the cashier who is pictured wanted to argue back with me and cussed I explained I’m a general manager as well and that’s not how we handle things when I went to the other window I knew that moment that he was a jr manager with no care in the world so it bothered me I got ready for work to go back to get the two names but like I expected they was not going to give so yes I took pictures to display what they look like whom ever the general manager is sorry yo tell you but late night I know you are hurting in sales cause your staff will tell you we only have chicken and nuggets if you don’t shop your own store you will not know how your customers are being treated I will never go back again I will drive to Forrest park where they do give you great service and your location is right in my back yard and I will be notifying someone at your franchise this was unacceptable for the behavior
Wendy's new Fish Sandwich added to menu selection is exactly what they needed to completely win me over. Their fish sandwich is absolutely delicious.
The cashier at the drive through in the morning has chik fil A customer service ? she is always nice. The food was good I will return.
Great customer service, salad was cold meal was hot. This crew was working it today.! Great job!

The drive-thru service was not available at the time of my visit but normally is open. The cashier appeared to be new and was taking orders as quickly as he could. I did have to wait about 10 minutes after entering the building to place my order. Overall, it's like most of the fast food restaurants, a few people doing the job of a full crew.
I came thru the drive thru. I ordered a med fry and a cheese fry. They told us to pull up they will bring our items out. We waited 8 minutes. When we got our food it was cold not warm cold. We just tossed it in the trash. We vowed never to return to that wendys.
I was waiting and extended amount of time to have my order taken in drive thru. An employee came over the speaker twice to ask me to hold. I finally said “hello” after 7 minutes had passed (and no one in line in front of me) and the cashier said in a rude tone “we’re trying to change out the registers”…highly doubtful. I just drove off. As I was turning the corner at the drive thru windows, an employee said out the window “it wasn’t even that long”. How unprofessional and ignorant is that?!? Will never eat at this place again! If that’s how they handle customers I can imagine how they handle their food.
Food fresh, hot and made to order. Staff were quick, polite and helpful
