I was in the Drive-Thru line to pick up an Uber Eats order, because their lobby apparently is never open. And I honestly only took the order because it was an excellent order I never do Wendy's orders because it takes too long to get through their drive-thru any Wendy's. So when I finally got to the microphone and finally someone spoke to me and I told her what order I was there for she goes oh we don't have that order. I could hear someone in the background telling her what to say so I could only assume it was a manager. They will never have to worry about me coming through their drive-through to pick up another order for anybody. On personal note I don't eat at Wendy's.
went thru drive-thru 05/8/22 whom ever were taking orders(guy) had the worse attitude when taking my order. what employees need to understand you wont have a job unless it was for your customers. i understand most places are short staff but thats no excuse for a nasty attitude!!! cancelled order n drove off, called back n talked to Eric said he was the mgr and informed him on my concerns n attitude on employee whom taking orders in drive thru. Eric said he was going to address it. If I could give a 0 star I would. His attitude was unacceptable and uncalled for. if you not happy with your job, go get another one!!!Candice
They pulled a chicken sandwich patty out early and I fed it to my blind father without checking it. My Dad ate the sandwich because he was really hungry. Then he told me it was still cold on the inside. Now he is vomiting. Criminals .
Just rude. We came through this location and asked for no sauce at all my burger but the sauce wasnt repeated sp my dad clarified and asked did you get the no sauce and the young guy at the register " they can hear you" ummm ok ...then we get to the window and my dad asks i was asking about the sauce because it wasnt repeated on my order so i wanted to be sure it wasnt on there..again buddy says, " they heard you" well all that and get home and guess whats on my sandwich -_- thats what i get for not checking at the window
This Wendy's is terrible. They're rude about 60% of the time, inattentive to customers, and claim to be closed during their posted hours of operation.
Much better then both stockbridge locations. Staff very well trained and food hot. Exceptional speed and attention to serving customers.
Lobby was closed at 605 pm not 8 . Didn't get the right drinks. Ordered cheese sauce didnt get but was charged for it. Said no tomato and got tomato even though I said daughter is allergic.
Food wasn't as fresh as I. Expected but They do have great workers.
My son and I went thru the drive thru which the line was moving slow but moving. We ordered our combos with drinks with no ice. Naturally the sodas had ice and when I said so to the cashier at the drive thru he immediately passed the buck to the young lady next to him. No effort was made to rectify the drinks and due to the long line behind me I chose to let it go.
Service was quick and food was exactly what I ordered
