If I could give 0 I definitely would! Sadly the young employees have to pay the price of the rude, disrespectful ground zero looking manager with gold braids. She is so rude only God knows how I really wanted to react. So…I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line. The spanish young lady that took my order was sooo sweet and nice that I hate I have to give this bad review. I’ll definitely call corporate to give her a compliment. Once at the pick up window the young man with dreads in his hair was handing me my bag and before he could hand it to me the rude round manager says “yup give the bag and get out the window.” I said, “ain’t no get out the window, I would like some ketchup.” The young man must have been new and training he was so embarrassed because of her attitude he looked so pitiful. You could see it all on his face. He hands me the bag then respectfully tells me to have a good night. This is NOT the first time I’ve had an encounter like this with Manager Round n Rude! She needs to be replaced!
I think they forgot I was waiting on the side of the drive thru for an order. I had to go bang on the door for a very small order.5/3/22Today, this beautiful renovated location LOST a star. As, we stood in line waiting to place an order, for a good 10 minutes, with 4-5 ACTUAL human beings walking by, as if we were invisible, NOT ONE SOUL SAID...we will be with you shortly! The customer service, has gone from VERY bad, to SO MUCH WORSE! It is common sense to appreciate ANY person walking through the doors. We bring business, which helps each employee feed your family! WHY isn't that appreciated!? No apology for the wait, just NOTHING! The staff here is disgusting! If it wasn't for my Children, I would have walked out and took my money with me!
Ordered cheese fries and this is what I got less cheese and fries 3 dollars for this. Also my drink was forgotten manager or lead was short patience.
Horrible Drive thru service. It's breakfast and the breakfast menu wasn't up. When I informed the cashier she laughed. I pulled to the window and asked what was so funny the cashier rolled her eyes and said the price of the meal and I asked is that with a drink? Now I ordered a sandwich and hash brown no drink. So Instead of saying I didn't order a drink I said what kind of diet drinks do u have. More attitude came so I said I'm good luv and drove off. Very disappointed by the service I called the store 4 times to talk to a manager about what had happened so they can do something about it but no answer. Safe to say never I will never come there again.
One of the best breakfast sandwich there is the baconator that thing is so good you got to try it 10 stars to win the for coming up with that sandwich after starting doing breakfast
VERY SLOW & unprofessional! food is almost always not fresh & taste off. you would expect your food to be fresh for how long you wait but ig not. they hire anybody & the workers dont know how to do they job and mess up orders ! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION , there’s a better one down the street.

There was this disgusting chunk beside my breakfast sandwich in the wrapper. It seemed to be a combination of floor fuzz, dirt, and fecal material.Nasty.No, I did NOT eat the croissant.I used germx and threw it away.We were traveling and 10 mi down the road so it wasn't like we could go back.
Service were good. Drive thru wasn't too bad.
I ordered a chicken biscuit this morning. I got to work and only had a biscuit no chicken. On top of that I received no receipt so I don't know what I paid for.
