I love Friday’s great vibes and good food
Ok where do I begin...first sitting down to a sticky half clean table...I ignore it ...I order a drink ...liquid diabetes absolutely horrible!!! I'm like ok let me just give it a chance I'll feel better when I get my food...out comes my appetizer potato skins...horrible smh...I'm like ok it can't get worse...yaaaay here comes my food first off...the plate was hot not the food...??I'm upset but I try to make the best of it bc my daughter to be there after graduation today..as I start eating I'm like ok not bad..then I start tasting dirt idk thought I was losing it...I ordered half rack of microwaved ribs ...dirty mashed potatoes with a tag of dirt and lemon juiced broccoli to sum it up...you have been warned...nobody wears hair nets ..then to top it off...they add a 18% gratuity as if I wouldn't notice ...how the h!!!!! do you just add a tip you chose???I choose to tip what I want!!!! So I asked the server who clearly has an attitude now bc I found a dirty tag in my mashed...you guys add the tip u want to a bill?? She said yes????I was livid!!oh wait I have proof!! THIS PLACE IS NOT CLEAN SEEVICE IS HORRIBLE...ITS A GHETTO MESSS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PERIOD!!! After I said something she takes off the tip she clearly added ...thinking I'm stupid!! I will be calling somebody about this asap!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Took 20 minutes for seating took 20 minutes for waitress and 30 minutes for food. Recommend not ordering
I order my food online. Ordering double crispy french fries, and didn’t get double or crispy. No sauce that I asked for to go with my shrimp. It’s like when u order online they care like they would if you sat down inside. Either way I will not be back, because if I’m going to spend my money I would like the same service no matter how I get my food.
The service was not great- she wasn’t rude or bad, but just never asked us if we needed more to drink and we waited a long time for our check. The food wasn’t good- my shrimp was over cooked and dry and my husbands fish was not good at all- he at least then 1/2 of his meal.
Servers walked through dining room as I stood at the front looking but never acknowledging the fact that I was there. Sitting right in front of me at a corner table we’re 3 workers, one in a chefs jacket two in server uniform on their phones and I hear the one in the chef coat saying yet surveys which I’m assuming were guest satisfaction surveys. The female server finally looks up from her phone and comes over, no greeting, to pass me the order that had been sitting there the entire time by a sign that said “don’t touch the bags, wait on a server”….
Family ate:Kid's Chicken TendersKid's Sliders1 Cheeseburger well done1 Cheeseburger medium...a couple of Alabama Slammers orange drinks too. ?The service was spectacular, food came as ordered, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Bravo!
The waitress was great, though T.G.I. Fridays' signature Cajun Shrimp and Pasta left much to be desired.
My wife ordered the steak but it was tuff, we received a credit for it per management. I do wish the manager would have came by the table to speak with us about it. The bar services was slow but when the drinks arrived there were excellent. My waitress was very attentive and when something was late she always came back to explain what was happening. Definitely recommend the Alabama slammer.
Great food. Had a lit time. Will be returning more often
