My lunch was very good today 6/12/2022. Food was hot and fresh. The ingredients in the taco was fresh from the shell, to the cheese, to the lettuce. My Pepsi tasted like Pepsi. It’s very hard to come by fresh tasting fast food these days outside of Chik-fila. I was very pleased with Taco Bell on Mt. Zion today. The three ladies were holding it down pretty good!

I ordered 4 soft supreme tacos with extra meat and cheese. I get back to work there was no letuce, tomatoes, or extra meat and cheese. So I had to go back to get it redone. I pulled to the last window. The manager rudely said that I should of stopped at the speaker. I told her I didn't know since the dinner room was not opened. She walked off upset and then came back with a bag. As I was pulling off I noticed there was 1 bowl with cheese, 1 bowl with meat, and 1 bowl with tomatoes. I reversed back and asked the manager can she please make over what I ordered. She huff and puffed and rudely said again, you should of stopped at the Speaker. This was my second time trying to get them to make my food over ( easy fixed), didn't want nothing more just what I ordered that wS $20. She walked off again upset. So I askedthe cashier for the coperate number. I heard the manager tell her don't give it to her I will take care of it. She spewed out some numbers( I knew wasn't right) so I asked her for my receipt back (the number is on there) she said I don't have it.So I asked her to reprint it. She says I'm not going through all of those orders to print a receipt. So I asked her, her name she spewed out "BELINDA". Out of my 47 years I have never ever received this type of treatment ever in my life from an establishment. This was the worst experience. I called the number she gave me to make sure and it was the wrong number so I had to google the coperate number to make a complaint. Also she wouldn't give me my receipt back so I had to google the address.It was at Taco Bell 1877 Mt Zion Rd. Morrow Ga 30260.

0 stars! I dont ever eat taco bell because this location years ago tried to give me a $1 burrito when I ordered a steak burrito. I decided to try again via doordash and they didnt bring our drinks, quesidilla so burnt it smelled like the food was on fire I am a bit surprised the doordasher even had the stinky sheit in his car poor guy had to drive all the way here for me to throw it away and nachos bell grande is just chips with beans and tomatoes.

A VERY delicious burrito but even though I specifically asked for Diablo sauce and it was put in my order they still forgot it and put mild sauce instead

The service is the worst, it was a lady and she was the worst I have heard at a drive thru window. I hope you all record each car.. The owner of this Taco Bell need to train his worker about customer service. This Taco Bell don’t deserve a 1 star.

They are good at lunch but terrible in the morning they ask for your order then never respond back and have you sitting there for 10 mins with no response….waste of time

Although the first girl I talked to was very nice, the so called "manager" was completely rude. I was in the middle of talking to the first young lady and she interrupts me with her awful attitude. When I get the first window the guy: pleasant as can be, second window: again the girl was nice. I asked her who in the world was talking to me like that and asked is that the manager. She said yes so I asked to speak to her. I told this older lady with the other headset it was my first time ordering online and she should try being a bit nicer if someone is unsure of something. She gave some excuse -I wasn't really listening at this point so wished her a goodnight. Then she says you're welcome? I can see who the past 4 negative reviews have been about. If those other employees are reading this, I hope you do find a more positive work environment.

The big lady in the drive thru at about 10:50 pm told me to back up because she wanted to cheat the system & get a raise to make her time go faster. In reality my food took about 10 minutes & she gave me the wrong order then gave it to the person behind me after I touched it… do not give her the raise because she is trying to cheat the system & she gave me the wrong order …

Waited 28 minutes, never received my food, person preparing food had mask in under his chin the entire time and repeatedly wiped his nose with his gloves hand while never changing gloves. Asked for a refund and they refused.

Since the survey site is temporarily unavailable I’ll leave my experience here! Whoever is at the window (Kiara) was extremely rude and have NO customer service… I guess I irritated her by asking what all comes on a particular item due to food allergies and her attitude went from there!!! She passed her attitude to the next person I got my order from…. They were so rude they told me to get back in line to add to my order, I got back in line ordered my food online and when I got to the window she cut me off!!!! They need a customer service class or a new job
