RARELY ever open… never for breakfast often closed in the afternoon and almost always no answer at the speaker after 10pm…. it’s 5:30 pm right now ….. no sign, no response at the speaker… please close this location and allow a restaurant that wants to serve the public to operate in our city. Either the management or the company itself doesn’t care but I do. I have to live here.
This deserves a zero. On 5-5-22 at 12:15, I went to 1877 Mt Zion Rd. Morrow Ga. 30260. I ordered 4 soft taco supremes with extra meat and cheese. I got back to my job and there was no tomatoes, lettuce, and no extra cheese or meat. I had to go back, the dinning room was closed so I pulled to the last window where you pick up your food. The older lady with the curly hair, which was the manager asked me why I didn't stop at the speaker rudely. I told her I didn't know since the dinning room was closed. She walked off huffing and puffing. She came back with a bag. As I was pulling off I noticed 3 bowls, one with cheese, 1 with meat, 1 with tomatoes. She did not make them over. I reversed the car back I asked her to please make them over. She once again said that I should of stopped at the speaker once again rudely and walked off. I asked the young lady at the cashier if she can give me the corporate number. I heard her say don't give it to her I will take care of it. She came to the window and spewed out some numbers. (I knew it was the wrong number) I asked her, her name and she said BELINDA I called the number and it was the wrong number so I know that was not her name. This was an easy fix it should not of went this far.
Old a$$ incompetent chick in the window today looking crazy annoyed me. My bag felt a tad light so I asked her if that was everything. I didn't want to try her by looking - but should have!! They forgot BOTH my chalupas. Won't be back. Trash.
Taco bell's aren't like they use to be now you pay 5 dollars alots for a soft taco with a little bit of meat and a few little pieces of cheese. They charged me 90 cents just to add sour cream..
For some reason there's no consistency when it comes to the food from this same location. Sometimes it cold, sometimes it's hot. Sometimes it's grilled and sometimes it's not - burrito supreme.
I always get crunchy tacos from here, almost all the time the food is delicious but this last time the tacos were too watery. I guess it was the meat juice but it made a mess. That's why I won't give 5 stars other than that everything is fine.
Seen several cars LEAVING the drive thru because they can’t get timely service. How hard is it to pay good people to come in and do the job! Y’all are losing more money from customers leaving than you would hiring good help fools.
Good morning.Last night around 8pm (maybe 8:15pm at the latest) I drove to this location, cane through the drive-thru and requested a #3 meal which comes with an original supreme taco and a supreme burrito, but I wanted the taco changed to the doritos locos taco flavor instead with no sour cream on both. I also requested a Strawberry/lemonade Freezes to compliment my order, but before finishing said order I made sure to ask if that particular drink was available for purchase. I was advised that the drink was available so I proceeded to finish my order and drive over to the drive-thru window to pay and pickup. I was given a simple strawberry freezes before receiving my meal. I told the woman cashier that that was not the particular flavor I ordered and then she stated that the flavor I'd requested had been discontinued months ago. Before paying for my order I requested for a regular sized soda and to have the Freezes taken off of my ticket. Longest story shortened: the drink was still on my receipt and when I asked for a manager, it was implied that the .20 cent difference was not a big deal. After leaving in frustration and making time to check my meal, I found that my taco was still a regular supreme taco with no sour cream and not the doritos flavor I requested.I am not one to leave reviews. I prefer conflict resolution in person, but the staff yesterday evening seemed to be run by young adults with no regard to customer service etiquette.Find better employees. I will not be returning here.
I don’t know where to start other than my nerves being through the roof. This terrible cashier got the entire order wrong- I asked for double beef on everything on was charged for it on one and did not get it on any of them. When I told her it was wrong she gave me a container of small amounts of meat and said you weren’t charged for it. We were charged for it on the nacho bel grande and not the others but, again, didn’t get what I asked for. So, instead of going back and forth, we only demanded our extra beef on the one that was actually charged for and that was STILL WRONG. Her attitude was awful and handed my husband his container of a small portion of meat saying “ I’m starting to get irritated” and quickly closed the door.THEN YOU NEED TO GET ANOTHER JOB. Terrible service and I will definitely not ever in this life time, or the next, come back to this location. Honestly, Taco Bell is on my ban list at the moment. I’m pregnant and had a craving for this place- I won’t be having it again. I can not afford to get stressed or go back and forth with someone who doesn’t need the job. Distracted is an understatement- she was on the phone the entire time. How do I know? She had it on speaker or it was loud enough for me to hear someone else and she’s openly on the phone. She must have put in her 2 weeks or something or this location has no standards whatsoever. I recommend the one in Riverdale, they always seem to be having fun and I will not make the mistake of passing them again (IF AND WHEN I GO TO A TACO HELL AGAIN).
A review I been meaning to post since last week:: so... They aren’t taking orders for prolonged amounts of time 70% of the time that I come to this location. I went inside for the first time ever because the drive-through wasn’t working last week. The inside is NASTY NASTY. the entire dining room floor is sticky and nasty like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and I mean the ENTIRE floor, everywhere I stepped felt like old soda spilled over the entire floor and was never properly mopped up.. Not to mention how dirty the drink dispenser is in the dine in area. Covered in old soda as well. Better off going next door to cookout for a quesadilla to eat after realizing how filthy they keep the inside of the this location. They really need a surprise inspection without any prior notice at all
