I always enjoy grabbing a bite to eat here. I've been coming for a few years. Food is freshly cooked to order, great portion size and priced well. Customer service is always nice as well.
I have eaten here several times and normally the service and food is great. However they really need to improve on the people they hire at the front counter.not the customers fault you don’t have working AC and you are miserable! Young lady was very rude. Won’t be back until changes are made.
I work at the boost mobile across the street and I’m telling y’all I never found a place that fried gizzards right till now everything was on point from the fries to the wings , gizzards, coleslaw and don’t worry hot sauce , napkins, forks, will automatically be in the bag❤️
Their fish is very fresh. Shrimp batter actually sticks to shrimp. Great customer service. Only giving 4/5 because the fries could be much better. But, definitely my go too place for a late night bite to eat.
I love the food but there is one employee who is completely rude. She truly doesn’t care how she talks to customers. This is so unfortunate because the rest of the ladies are friendly but she sets a negative tone when she is there.
I had chicken wings tasted spoiled. They refused to give a refund stating that’s posted no refunds. Well we did a call in order and they didn’t state that when we ordered. So beware… they offer no refunds and are rude about it. Never will visit again!!
Customer service was really good from the young lady taking the orders. She was very kind and informative bc this was my first visit. The place was neat and orderly being that it was in the Exxon Station.I ordered the catfish with 3 pc wings and it was delish! I'll be going back to get the Italian Beef.....Hope it's as good as the ones made in Chicago....I'll keep you posted.
I eat at this place on a weekly basis. Being from Chicago & seeing that they had a location here in Atlanta, I had to try it! I have no complaints! The customer service is great & the food is always hot & fresh!
Was inside this restaurant I was the second in line to order lady took the Gentleman's order infront of me then Answered the phone and took the phone order. After she was Done taking the phone order I was still waiting to order. I saw another girl come over and thought hey maybe she will take my order no wrong Nobody in the restaurant asked if they can help me nothing. The Girl then walked to the back that's when I left the restaurant and informed them I wasn't that hungry. I will never comeback to this restaurant and I will inform alot of students that attend the school close by too do the same.
I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit because they are located in a gas station. The food was cooked to order and served hot and fresh. Tasty!
