I went for the first time the other day and the only thing I could enjoy was the music. Service was very, very slow which is not a good look. My food was overdone, but fortunately, my waiter handled that after taking so long to get to me. I will mention that my guest enjoyed their food though. The worst part was the drinks. We ordered a $30 pitcher of liquor and it was the most watered down drink I have ever had in my entire life. It was like strictly juice and no liquor. We were sober, not even a buzz. The manager didn't even do anything about it when he said he would. They have to do better because wow. I could only shake my head.
This place has terrible customer service we literally waited at our table for 40 minutes and our waitress failed to acknowledge us. Our waitress walked passed us multiple times, after asking her for our waitress at that point she acknowledged she was the waitress. She then told us that it was too late for us to order the food we wanted to order. We then asked to speak with a manager however he didn't come until our second time asking for him to come. The manager nor the waitress apologized for the inconvenience and didn't offer any other alternatives for their failure. I would not recommend this location to anyone whose looking for quality customer service.
Beer was warm, the margarita was horrible, ( there's a sign as you walk in warning you that you can't send a drink back) food was ... Not good (being nice) the beef was in-edible. Our waitress was the worst part, non attentive, pushy when she was there, and when we got our check, she stood there and stared at me, I asked if she needed it signed right away, she said "YES!" She could give a us any over her time throughout the entire service, but when it came to e for the check she refused to leave, NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET TIPS!NOT COMING BACK!
The customer service was terrible. First you couldn't sit where you wanted to sit we wanted a booth they told us two people can't sit in the booth but we was paying customers. Waitress kept disappearing the food took forever to come out and when it did come out they forgot my fries then gave me a sorry plate of fries no silverware and when we did get silverware it was dirty then we was ready to go we had to find a waitress again which disappeared and when I was paying the bill she was acting like she was in a hurry like I was taking too long the vibe was just totally off there but on the good note the food was goodI'm going to have to give them two thumbs down a total no for me
I’d initially heard about this place on the radio. They were listing out their happy hour deals. And boy, those were some deals. They made it sound so exciting, I just had to go.Naturally I went online to check out the menu. I’d found some pictures that looked wonderful. If I wasn’t already sold…My coworkers and I ended up going there on a Friday around 730. The ladies behind the bar took great care of us. They were sweet and tentative. They were phenomenal.The amount of food that is received at the cost of the plates is worth it. I did; however, have to wait nearly 30 minutes for some vegetable fajitas. When I got them, they had to be taken back. But when I was finally able to eat it, it was wonderful.The drinks, of course, were well price. I say of course because that’s how I ended up there.Like many late night restaurants in ATL, it turns into a night club at a certain hour. So if you’re wanting conversation, you will be screaming over music. But you will get to see some women get tossed off a bull.It’s definitely a spot to visit.
Rodeo has always been my favorite spot to brag about, not sure what has happened. The Bob Marley was not the same. For $15, I didn't expect it to be watered down and light in color. My daughter and I order fajita nachos and my serving was small than hers. When I asked the waitress Jasmine she said it was, Really🤔 Also notice the the Mexican ladies are not bringing out salsa and chips nor the food anymore. Figure change in Management??
This has got to be the absolute WORST place in the Morrow area to eat. It’s too much to type everything so I’ll make a short list.-Ordered hot lemon pepper wings-got regular lemon pepper drenched in oil with barely any seasoning on it.-My girlfriend ordered a lemonade and had to get another because it was A PIECE OF FOOD IN HER CUP THE SECOND IT WAS PLACED ON THE TABLE. Eww.She ordered a strawberry margarita. She put blended pineapples and pineapple juice in it. I’m allergic to pineapples. She didn’t drink the margarita. And they still wouldn’t give us a refund.Got a Texas fajita and the cheese on top wasn’t even melted.I honestly feel bad for our waitress because she did all she could to make our lunch the best of her ability. But the restaurant is trash
NEVER going here again . Had a nice time and rode the bull , paid my tab and let a cash tip to later realize the waitress added on an extra tip to my card with my authorization .I went back up to the restaurant with my receipt and no one has even tried to call me back or fix the issue .with i could leave NO stars
The wings and fries were pretty good and atmosphere was really nice. Our waitress Della kept checking on us and making sure we straight. I will definitely be back.
We went in at 5pm and it took 2 hour's to get dinner and 2 drink's each.They were not busy at all and gave us plastic forks and knives to eat a steak with. She said I didn't have time to roll silverware.The service is poor to say the least.Food was really good.Next time we will chose differently.
